I refer to Natures basket shop at westend mall Aundh Pune.
In last one month I must have visited the shop at least 5 times.
Every time I request for Nature's dried amla product.

Sadly every time they say it's out of stock.
Despite of repeated queries coming from customer. The shop owner has no commitment to stock the product.

They give lame excuses or ignore the customer.

    I had placed on order on natures basket website www.naturebasket.co.in.My order no. Ord2014932. Delivery location mumbai.
    The amount i paid through paytm wallet for my order was rs.2271 (Paytm order id: 2014932, transaction id:[protected]) date of transaction 26 april, 10:47 pm. After follow up very few items were delivered and company asked if i would be ok taking part order or would like to cancel the order. I opted for cancellation of the order, however payment was not refunded to me. I have put a number of mails for the refund however there has been no response from their end. I tried contacting them on their customer support number [protected] regarding the refund, however the call was not connected to the customer support agent.

      My natures basket order no. Ord1958593 was not delivered. I did not receive a single item in this order since 7th april 2020. They are neither processing full refund nor responding to my calls and emails. I tried calling their customer care since past 12 days but they did not pick up my calls. I sent multiple emails to their customer service but i did not receive a single response till date. Without ordering a single item, they close the order as delivered in their portal which is highly unethical business.

      Its not about the money but about the way they do their online business. I will go to consumer court and file a case against this company as i see many customers like me suffering from their bad service.
