Negative Balance Complaints & Reviews

I have taken a axis bank salary account, later i changed that company and i did not maintained minimum balance in that so that that is converted to saving account.

After one year i changed other company in that salary bank is axis bank. I seen my previous axis bank account in that - 5000 is there. So now i want close that account without paying that negative balance. I want to take new salary axis bank account.
How?....

My account got in negative again iwant to know why they are charging this much as of now its -1494 what do i do i am need of serious money but now i can't use or have anything it has happned to me in the past also but i ignored as that qas very minimal charges but this is very saddening that banks nowadays are looting customers like goons they are not even talking on call they have no customer care support .

I am a researcher in iit delhi, we use our wifi connections, but sometime when we go outside then use my data, i am a regular customer and every month i pay the 1 gb internet service will voice call in my prepaid connections so my question is how can my balance is negative?
