I had ordered a nescafe classic from Amazon. The coffee has a burnt flavor and it taste really bad. I had been consuming Nescafe coffee from past 7 years. I think Nescafe should take care of the quality of its product before delivering it to the consumers.

    The new nescafe classic coffee smacks of a money making exercise. The new blend is weak and even 2 spoons if coffee does not give a strong tasting coffee. Instead is has a weak waterer down taste... Really unpleasant.

    Im using double the amount if coffee now, hence my deduction that its a money making exercise.

    If they don't return to the original formula i will be changing brand soon...

      I recently bought nescafe coffee from a local store . Next morning i opened the bottle to make my daily cuppa ,but the smell was really mild ,i didnt pay much attention to it until i prepared my coffee and to my surprise it was really disappointing . i have been regularly consuming nescafe for the past 8 years and i can make out the difference . Earlier i used 2 spoons of coffee and now even 5 spoons didnt made any difference .

      Nescafe — beans

      I have collected beans for many years now. I have contacted you several times that when I sign into my Nescafe account it will not let me enter my beans.

      I have now been logged out of my account. Can you please re instate my account and enter the folowing beans for me. I am getting that I may stop buying Nescafe for this reason as it causes too many problems.

      Can I please have a reply this time.

      dear nescafe, having accumulated 100 beans over the months i hear the beans promotion is coming to an end, thats ot my complaint what is the offers you now give are not worth anything to me, and no doubt countless others.so why dont you bring back your old fashioned rewards so us oldies can get a little something back for our loyalty to you, up until you finish the promotion thankyou s.bell

        The Nescafe vendor at IIM Lucknow campus has for the past 6 months been dispensing ONLY HALF A CUP OF COFFEE every time instead of the full cup as all other coffee vending do.

        I could understand if the problem was temporary but it has been going on for many months and no one seems to be interesting in rectifying the vending machines. The machine attendant refuses to give the full quantity and cites different reasons for dispensing lesser quantity. When asked, the attendant refused to tell his name.

        Kindly look into the matter as it has been ignored for months since no one complained and many students have to put up with this as it is the only outlet on IIM Lucknow campus.

        I strongly recommend that do not buy nescafe as it does not have a good flavour and highly expensive apart from less quantity as you have been mentioned here.

        I used to take this coffe before but I stopped taking it as it does not maintain both quality and quantity.
        Take care of you by avoiding too much amount of taking coffee as it causes ulcers.
        Buy.
        We enjoy the Nescafe' skinny latte however, due to their wisdom they are in the process of introducing a NEW skinny latte with wait for it 'cream cremoso' what ever that is! but, following a load of bunkum on the packet of the new product that they are trying to convince us that its a better product by hoping that its not noticed that 1% of the coffee has been removed. At present the price seems to remain as is
        but, we will see as it is on offer at the moment.
        Being a coffee drinker only and have always enjoyed Nescafe Cappuccino and always bought in large quantities since purchasing the new cappuccino it now no more than coffee flavoured milk. If I could get my money back I would. I will not be buying any more of this product and will look for a better quality of cappuccino.
