    I have registered complaint 10 days before but no one came to resolve I have called many time to the Customer care and technical team also to the head of department in bathinda and Ferozepur also but they are just denying by saying it will be done by today. Worst network ever

      Dear team

      Pls resolve the problem as IPTV not working from last 24 hours and log complaint on customer care ticket no[protected] but resolution come out always this kind of problem we are facing local guys always making excuses not give any satisfactory answers even customer care executive also denied to transfer call to their seniors pls help get this issue resolved asap

          My name is ajay pal singh from amritsar i have applied for a new connection fastway internet. But till the date we have not recieved any person for installation and activation. Only one person is come for new connection fees otherwise no any person is come. Despite of many reminders the emlpoyes give me fake promises i will come, i will come, but not listen my voice any employee.
          Such a worthless service in fastway. I want to say i have to already pay for a new connection but till the date connection is pending for your side. So please solve this
          Matter otherise cancel my new connection and give me back my money in account.
