I have ordered 2 protein box and 1 omega 3 fish oil on 25 th june 2020 from neulife website. I have received the protein boxes but omega 3 still not received, customer care is not giving satisfactory solution.

I have ordered isopure protein and scivation bcaa product on 9june 2020. Got it on 12 june 2020.
The product they delivered are expiring very soon. The scivation bcaa has 90 serving and it expiring in 15 days.
I am trying to call customer care since delivery day but they are unable to reach.
After that searching on internet about customer care contacts i able to chat with customer care guy. He promised me to get solutions in 48 hrs but now i am trying to call him but he is not receiving any calls. Later he blocked me.
Cheated by neulife.
Pls take a strict action.

I order my product... They did cancel without reason and didn't show anything about my return on site.. Then i sent screenshot to customer care... They say they will proceed my money... But they are not doing... It's been so long time now! Customer care service very poor! Please registered my complaint and take strict action against them...
Customer care service is very poor... They just appoint one person in customer service.. Whey you do call.. It takes atleast 20 mins to make you call to customer care

I recently bought a rivalus iso clean whey protein from neulife official website and turns out that the protein shake is leaving small particle residue in the bottom of the glass, so i checked the bottle and turns out the product is getting expired in may, 2019. After raising the complaint with the customer support that the product has expired already, they tried to convince me over the phone and on the email that it is ok to consume as this is the product's natural character, but i have consumed this product before and this not the case. When this was not enough they are putting the blame on me that why did i open the box when its near expiring... Than i questioned that why r u guys selling expired bottles. I even shared the picture with them of the problem.
For past 5 days i've been talking with customer support person named ms saili ms pooja and head of complaint departmnt mr rishikesh. First they agreed to replace the product but now they are giving me excuses that they will get back to me on email and will see what can done. I had to threaten them i will file a case against them and will write a review against you to let people know how you harass your customers.
This is the company that promises quality and assurance but in reality just celebrity faces to sell there cheap trash. Highly unprofessional company.

I received rotten procell bcaa from neulife. When i opened the box the powder already converted into clumping or hardening into blocks. And there are two black spots on this seal from inside, it's fungus. I called in neulife customer care but they gave me one email id and told to me just mail you issue our team contact to you. I regularly mail to the given id from last six days but no response i received. So, guys please don't buy any product from neulife store. They are cheating the customers. Order no. - #97988. I ordered this product dated on 17 nov 18 and received this product dated on 21 nov 18. Dated on 22 nov 18 i written mail to neulife customer care and feedback team. I bought a procel protein from neulife... After consuming it for the first time i vomit it out and i got pain in my stomach.. So i thought it may be due to some another reason... When i consume it again i again vomit and got stomach infection... And i tried to contact nuelife store as well as online but they are not helping me out... And the product is nearly coming to expired and i bought on republic day sale... And now i am going to file a case againt neulife in consumer court...

Neulife website sent me a email about Republic Day sale on their website. I purchased 'Scitec Jumbo' worth Rs. 4139 from their website on 26-01-17. I paid it online but they did not confirmed the order. When I called them, they told me that the product which is in stock is of near expiry date which wasn't mentioned when I purchased it. They then told me on 01-02-17 that they will refund the amount. But till today, I haven't received the refund. I have since 01 Feb called their customer care atleast 15 times but they have been continuously misguiding me. Such companies are cheating customers just to increase the traffic on their website. Such companies should be dealt strongly by the government otherwise customers will be continuously cheated by them.

I bought this product c4 extreme preworkout from sector 14 gurgaon. And while purchasing it was already tight and lum and i can hear the sound when i was shaking the box that the box contains rocks and when i open it after a week when i started using it it was so tight the i can able to remove the spoon also inside it and i got the suggestion from the customer care the use grinder and grind it and it will be normal but if i'll do this half the product will be spoiled... Plz for the need full plz exchange the product or refund the money plzzz. Contact me in [protected]

Hi I ordered supplement from neulife on 9th nov and they did not shipped till 10 days so i cancelled the order on 21st nov. Till then they're saying they will process refund soon and giving excuses. Order no. wo10059529 Please help.

I bought a supplement called NitroTech performance series (4lbs) from this store of Neulife located at west punjabi bagh(on club Road). After opening the cap I found that the inner safety seal of the tub is broken and the product inside the container was very less in quantity.
