I need to inform you that i have purchased the policy no.030200/48/08/41/00003518 of my parents mr. Shakti pada mukherji dob :7/12/1938 & bharti mukherji dob: 27/02/1945 from new india insurance on 05/03/2009 to 25/01/2010, but then the company was dissolved, and on my repeated writing in address [protected]@medicaretpa.Co.In the policy was not renew, when i complained in irda they are also grabbing my hard earned money on this no claim ground....

NEW INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY IS PROVIDING MY CLAIM MONEY FOR MY CLAIM OF YAMAHA BIKE. I HAVE TAKEN CLAIM ON MY BIKE YAMAHA FZ UP80 CX 0103 ON DATE 17/04//2015. I HAVE TAKEN YOUR POLICY FROM JM MOTORS AGRA WITH CASHLESS FEATURE. DEALER HAS ALREADY TAKEN 3000RS. FROM ME BY SAYING THAT REFUND OF MY MONEY WILL COME IN YOUR ACC. BALANCE. I have been facing issues with my insurance company.
My wife has a medic-claim policy of NEW INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY.
She underwent a surgery 2 months back and we have been fighting regarding the claims.
Company has deducted 20% of the amount under some zone clause which states that deduction will be made if the operation is being carried out in some other city.

We are from NAGPUR and...

such big insurance companies don't have a single well known hospital in PROPER mumbai

I purchased a two wheeler policy from New India Insurance, Karol Bagh Branch Via Mr. Pushp Maurya and he even after looking at last year policy(WITH NO- NO CLAIMS) gave me no claim bonus @35% where as it should be 50%, and from that very day after issuing the policy i told Mr. Pushp Maurya abut he mistake and from that day he is not entertaining my complaint. i contacted there seniors through E-Mail but they are also not bothered about this...

Have purchased Optra Magnum from Padam Motors, Ludhiana. Co got the insrance done from New India Insurance co.

Had an accident in Feb 08. For the same, claim is still pending. After n number of follow ups, phones, visits and mails, we are being told that the claim reimburssed will be done in a day or two. Almost a year now....
