I am vijay gupta (My no is - [protected]) and few days back i got call from nexon enterprise to do online captcha work and they provided an online agreement but didn't accept and dosent provide my confirmation. And i have replied to there email that i am not intrested to work and please deactivate my id, but yesterday i got call from aditya mane that we will file court case against you and was talking very rudely. And asking me 5100+3100 =8200 against me to sattle this case and also they send me sms and email me. Please help me.

I am lakshya rathee and few days back i got a call from nexon enterprise to do online captcha work and they provided an online agreement which was signed by me, to register for the work. After a few days i got login information and i have even done the work and solved around 9800 captchas within 10 days now and only did this after i saw so many complaints against this company hoping i would not have to pay or get any emails regarding this for not doing work. After 10 days i did not do any more work and got no mail or call from them till now. And today 02 nov 2019, i got an email from hitesh patel stating about that agreement that i signed and that i am bound to pay an amount as per the agreement for the work..
I was not aware of any complaints when i signed the contract with this nexon enterprise and when i got to know about complaints. I did this work in hope i would not have to pay them anything as i have already signed their agreement.
Please help me and tell me what should i do.
This is pure fraud with the job less people and who wants to work part time.

Dear team,

I got a call from nexon enterprise, they said me that they are offering online captcha jobs and i was not required to pay any money. They also said that they will pay 22, 000 per month out which they will deduct 5000 in the first month as registration fees.

They have also made me signed a fake agreement.

After sometime one lady called me up and asked me from when i will be able to work.

I said from tommorow onwards.

But it seems that the company is fake.

Please help me in getting out of this problem.

Sir on 22 oct i received a call from nexon enterprise for work from home and i said yes then they send me a online agreement which i signed then later i came to know that they are fake and blackmail applicants by giving threatning for legal actions. My name is Ravi Sharma I got a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me join this work as they will pay 22500rs. For this work. They said me to send my voter ID .After that a agreement was created by them and was assumed to send the work link on my mobile no and said that it should be completed in 10 days. After this in the very first day i call them to refuse that i am not interested to do this work. As one of my friend told me about this that they are not going to provide any money after the work. I sent them resignation mail from the id which I received aggrement and and i dialed them many time. But they didn't responded. On 24 Oct, 2019 i recieved a call from a person stating I will have to work without anknowleding for whom or whoever company HR is or the concerned authority.
Sir I need NOC from company regarding misuse of my ID and strict action against threats .

This is pure fraud with the job less people and who wants to work part time.

I got a call from nexon enterprise for capcha work i am not showing intrest after then they call me daily and i agreed after 2 day they ask me for aadhar card i send it after that they sent me an agreement and tell me for submit it i did not understand and submit and after that they generated mi id and send me work detail. In 10 days they never call me and after 10 days they call me and say that your work is not completed and tell me about fine or penalty i rejected the call after that they call me from different numbers and try to force me and mentally distub me for pay penlty after some time i totally frustrated and mentally dipresed and in fear so i pay them.but after that i understand that it is a fraud and now what can i do for my money return back please help

My name is bhavya rathi. I came across this enterprise offering 22, 000 for typing 10000 captcha. I gave my consent for this over an agreement but thenafter when i searched about this company i came to know that many complaints had been already lodged against it so i withdrew my decision.
After few days i received an intimation mail demanding 3000 penalty for not completing the assignment. I ignored it and on 22.10.2019 i again received a legal notice from the company's advocate demanding 5100+3000 for not paying penalty within stipulated time. So please do the needfull. I have neither received any payment nor i have started the assignment.

On 9t october 2019 same call to me that work from home. Online job tell me that u have to work for r company. Nexon enterprise. Captcha work. U have to do ten thousand captcha in ten day and u will be paid twenty two thousand. I send them my documents to the guy after some time he sends me the agreement to me online on whats app.. Next morning i came across this site. And i saw that nexon enterprises is a fake company. At the same time i mailed to the company that will not be able to work with u ur a fake company no reply of my mail. On 21st september somebody has given a call and was telling me about a part-time job regarding something captcha service. They were asking for my email id and my photo identity. Initially i was not able to know about that company so i gave them my identity proof to them in whatsapp after that when it came to know about that i deleted the copy from their whatsapp account. I told them that i am not interested in. But continuesly they were disturbing me regarding something agreement. I didnot do that agreement. They have forcefully did that., and contiuesly do that blackmailing for money.

And on the same day an online agreement was done but the guy who gave me a call has said that for 1st time i no need to pay money even if i didn't complete the target n i will be charged from second time onwards along with this he also stated for 1st time i will get money for number of correct captcha's i have entered. Then i got a link to download their app and that is also a apk file after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them but i didnt get any response from their end, even i have texted them but no response from their end. Even though i have entered 6000 captcha but i didn't get amount, as per their conditions i should get amount to 6000 captcha's, then after 10days i received a legal notice of mail n call on my number from their end saying me that i am advocate talking on behalf of nexon captcha, as you have not completed the target so i have to pay money of worth 5000/-, later again i received a call from their end speaking in native language n he asking me to go to police station within 2hrs cause you will receive notice. So it's my humble request to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I got a phone call on 1st october to do captcha work and they'll pay me rs. 22000/-. From this a registration charge of 5200 will be cut. I asked them multiple times that is there any penalty if i'm unable to finish it. They said no. I have the phone calls recorded. I got a mail with username and password but i never got the link to app where i have to work. I tried to ask them multiple times for the app but never got one. In 1 oct 2019 a call from maharashtra and he said a company name nexon enterprise and he said a home based job and he told you have 10 days capcha work and you will complete 9000 capcha in 10 days and your salary is 22500 and first 10 days salary a 5100 deducted. I am agree he said please send your id proof and i am sent it after that a agreement sent through mail and he told open and sumbit and am also done this process. He said after 2 days your work provided in your email but i am not work received in yesterday 15 oct 2019 a mail received that company legal department he said you have a penalty for 5100. If you have not paid you have fine in court amount of 90000 and your carrier is damaged. So immediately paid. After i have call that company and he said please give me 2400 rupees and he said in 5 minutes i canceled this agreement and i told sir i am a student i have not enough money to pay so please sir some discount for me he told ok you immediately 1200 and rest sent for some days.
So sir please help me this fraud company nexon enterprise and storage action this company.

Now today a lady called +[protected] and told me i have unfinished my work and if i don't do it i have to pay 9500 rupees and if terminate the contract o have to pay 25550/- but the contact person told me if don't want to do the work i can cancel it but now they say i have to work for 11 months and there is nothing about it on the contract. Please help me they blackmailing me with the fear of sue by court
