Dear Nimbus Post Management,
I am writing this email to formally notify you of my intent to pursue legal action against your company for facilitating the delivery of fraudulent products and enabling scam operations through your logistics aggregation services.
On DATE, I placed an order for Order ID: #14256 but received a completely different, substandard product that bears no resemblance to what was advertised and purchased....

The package(AWB: NMBP[protected], Ekart Logistics) tracking is not being updated since 21/May/2022, and it has been stuck at one location, probably lost. The courier aggregator mentioned above, however, denies all claims for the package being lost and has been non-responsive when asked about the whereabouts of the parcel. Even by today(17/06/2022), after multiple calls and emails from the past 20 days (with an escalation being raised on 27/May/2022), no update is provided regarding the shipment yet and the tracking is also not updated yet. The shipment has been covered under insurance for which the company charged a separate amount and still no update or claim is being processed from their side even after almost a month of the date of pickup of the parcel. I have all the invoices for the freight and insurance charges as well, but the company is under a constant denial of any claim and is neither getting the package delivered. I am attaching the order tracking details as well as other communications with the courier aggregator for your reference.
