Hello,

I had taken Ownership Plan on June 18th 2020.Initially on the 1st week there were around 4 tenants who showed up to see the property.Then after that not even single person came to visit the property. The Relationship Manager 1st Rakesh Gowda was not following up on any of the Leads and I used to take initiative and ask/update on the Leads. Then got the Relationship Manager got changed but it didnt help me much since again there were no Leads.So for 1 month there is NO SHOW of tenants to visit the property and my ownership plan is getting over in 1 week. Now the No broker is telling the plan covered NO SHOW which is insane. They are not ready to refund the money also.I wasted my money taking ownership plan and my house is also vacant.

Hence i would like to lodge complaint that Owners are mis-used and mislead by NO Broker to take Ownership Plan and then the kind of service they provide is pathetic. No one come to visit the property and Plan gets over. And we owner are made fools by shelling out money in the name of TRUST and BRAND.

I want full refund of my money with the mental and emotional damage caused by No broker.

    I had opted for free plan which is for tenant i wanted to rent my house. I had clearly explained the details to the analyst. The analyst should the issue and spoke about other plan. Where i told him that relax plan will be and as i had already made the payment we confirmed it can changed and differential amount can be paid to get the plan activated. Again i called to check i was told they are working on that. Today when i call they tell it is not possible and i have to wait for the refund and not when and how this will be done. The first call waited for 20min no response and again had to call back.

    This is very bad customer service. I need a solution or proper response

      Hi,

      I had opted for a no broker - relax plan after constant follow up by their agent.

      Once the money was paid there was not much response or involvement.

      I had contacted cs, and send a written email complain as well, no response on this since a week.

      Totally disappointed, not using their service any more.

        Dear team,
        This is in reference with my ‘Relax plan’ with No Broker. Please see the details below:
        Relax Plan:
        Date of Purchase 26/11/2018
        Date of Expiry 10/01/2019

        Till the payment, the services were good- however I am sad to say that post the purchase, I have been given the least attention possible. I have been given 22 options- most of which are either out of the area, budget or specifications.
        I’d like to withdraw from the service and please revert my payment.
        Before escalating it here- I tried thrice on in-app chat service, and once spoken to the customer care executive Mr. Santosh- but all attempts are in vain.
        Awaiting a resolution soon, sans which I’d have to take a legal recourse.

          After providing all details mr. Syed given email confirming the booking of shifting agency which is deviating from the fact on return email neither email received nor calls.

          Need refund of rs 1500 paid as token of booking

          Very much disappointed with the service offered so far. Even after clearly informed all details many queries arised only in confirmation email. Scared about the service hereafter. Reaching to you over phone becomes a big task.
          Without any feedback on my trailing email everyone just assuring a call beck which never ever happens.

          For confimation on small changes i was supposed to wait for days time? Really don't find any purpose behind choosing the nobroker team with such poor service.

          So please cancel the booking for home shifting and arrange to refund my token.

          1. Please keep your cash/jewellery/valuables in your custody. Goods transfer through rope is at the sole discretion of the customer. Any concern during or after should be brought to the notice of vendor immediately. No-broker & the vendor would not be liable for any mis-happening.
          2. The packing materials are the property of the vendor and will be taken back on the same day o[censored]nloading, otherwise, rent will be charged as per the vendor's policy.
          3. The above quotes do not include any dismantling (Carpenter work) and fittings of electrical, electronic appliances. Those charges would be extra and to be decided between the vendor and the customer.
          4. Mathadi (Union labour & related) charges have to be paid by the client and is not included in the quotation (Mumbai/pune /kerala and others if applicable)
          5. Nobroker acts only as a connection medium between the customer and vendor. All agreements, damage claims that arise through this service are between the customer and respective vendor. We suggest both parties to access the inventory properly for any damages before the handover. Hence nobroker recommends transit insurance. The customer should approach the vendor for insurance copy at the starting point.
          6. Price of the quotation is subjected to various factors and hence a slot is booked in advance. Price of the quotation might change if movement date/inventory is changed after confirmation of payment. A revised quotation will be offered as per the change in price if necessary.
          7. Full payment/ part-payment of balance amount is with sole discretion of vendor.
          8.ac mantle and dismantle charges are only service charges and materials has to be purchased separately which is not inclusive of the quote.
          9. Carton box's - the size of the carton box will be 2 feet* 2 feet.
          10. Due to unforeseen circumstances if the movement is not executed, then the liability will be only to the token amount paid by the customer.


          Ps: the token amount is non-refundable.
