warranty Handset received unrepaired from Nokia
I Purchased a Nokia 1661 handset on 23rd Jan 2010 from Faridabad, It was working fine. But 0n 5th February when the phone was kept in on of the bag and when we took it out its screen was not working properly. On 6th Feb i Visited Nokia Care centre ASC: 107_433527 and on checking the phone said that the screen is physically damaged and shall not be covered under warranty, As there was no sign of physical damage and it was not damaged physically...

mobile is hung
my nokia 1661-2 is hung on the demo mode, which is a feature of it, i cannot call or receive any calls, the mobile is hung on one option called the demo, i cannot go back to the main menu or whatsoever, i have tried putting the phone on-off several times but the same problem persists....
