My refund is still showing that its payment under process. It has been more than 5 months. Requesting you to do to the needful things soonest for the refund.

Or else pls share to whom i can conduct in north west railway region? (Pls share email id)

Train no 22476 (Cbe hsr ac express). Total amount paid is rs 1, 820/-
I had applied for tdr.. Tdr no [protected].

    I filed a tdr for my e-ticket. The money was supposed to be refunded within 90 days but it is more than 100 days and money is still not refunded. Every time i call to the concerned official they keep saying that the case is under inspection. Railway rules says that they money should be refunded within 90 days with guarantee. Now i am frustated. If the government itself will create the trouble for citizens where would we go for the justice. I have already spent my lot of time for this issue. I hope the public forum will help me.

      Refund against TDR No. B019399 dated 21/6/2010 not recieved till date from Chief Commercial manager North Western Railway(refunds). The detaled complaint along with original documents sent to The Chief Commercial Manager(refunds) North Western Railway Jaipur(RAJ0.
      Although a period of more than 2 months has passed but no advise recieved..

      Request for investigation and early relief please.

        my name is amit pahuja basicly i belong to phulera and working in jaipur in nokia being a showroom manager, doing up-down between phulera-jaipur, by last 7-8days so many train are stopping on main line in phulera due to some reasons s.s. doesnt take all the train on platform even all the platform lines are emoty so due to this many passengers are getting harresh mostly the elder persons and womens to left and pick the trains and due to this all passengers have to cross the lines that is just dangerous and also against norm of indian railways. station supritendent is not giving any explanation for what he is doing like this he just tell to peoples very rudly that d.r.m. and g.m nwr has given him order to not take trains on platform lines. i dont think so... so take action on station supritendent phulera as soon as possible...

        Respected Madam,

        This is to bring to your kind attention that "Up Ahmedabad Passenger " last destination is Borivli station on Platform No.6.

        Again to catch a local train to go further it is very inconvenient for handicaps including visually, physically and also aged people, to walk up the crowded platform to go to crowded bridge with luggage and go on the required platform. Whereas the youngsters can jump the platform, walk on tracks and climb up the required platform.

        Instead this train should be last destinated for Mumbai Central and the handicaps and all other public will be benefited.

        Hope the needful will be done from your end.

        With reference to my email of 17-6-09 I would further state that Ahmedabad Passenger Down starts from Mumbai Central then why Ahmedabad Passenger Up last destination is Borivli. It causes great inconvenience to handicaps and aged people.

        Please look into the matter and hope needful will be done.

        Respected Madam,

        Re: Flying Rani Down to halt at Udwada Station

        This is to request your goodself to kindly sanction to halt Flying Rani at Udwada Station as previously it used to halt.

        It causes great inconvenience for public to get down at Vapi Station at night and wait for Shuttle for just one station i.e. Udwada Station.

        If we take rickshaw for just one stop then they charge Rs.150/- per rickshaw and there is no one to share the rickshaw.

        It stops at Palghar station then why not at Udwada station which is a pilgrimage place for Parsis and even other working public will benefit from it.

        Previous correspondence vide letter was done last year but to no avail till date.

        Hope needful will be done from your end.
