I filed a tdr for my e-ticket. The money was supposed to be refunded within 90 days but it is more than 100 days and money is still not refunded. Every time i call to the concerned official they keep saying that the case is under inspection. Railway rules says that they money should be refunded within 90 days with guarantee. Now i am frustated. If the government itself will create the trouble for citizens where would we go for the justice....

my name is amit pahuja basicly i belong to phulera and working in jaipur in nokia being a showroom manager, doing up-down between phulera-jaipur, by last 7-8days so many train are stopping on main line in phulera due to some reasons s.s. doesnt take all the train on platform even all the platform lines are emoty so due to this many passengers are getting harresh mostly the elder persons and womens to left and pick the trains and due to this...
