Dear Sir / Madam,
I have Opened my NRE Account in Canara Bank, M. G. Road Branch, Kandivali (West) Branch No. 0118 in the First week of May 2009 thru Al Razouki International Exchange, Karam Branch. Dubai. I visited Kandivali West Brnach in 3rd week of May 2009, and meet the Manager and as per him, Passbook and Cheque Book is already delivered to Al Razouki International Exchange, on 7th May 2009.

NON ACTIVATION OF INTERNET BANKING FACILITY
A CONTINGENT OF 243 PERSONNEL OF INDIAN AIR FORCE OPENED 243 NRE ACCOUNTS ACCOUNTS WITH SBI PBB BRANCH SANSAD MARG NEW DELHI ON 16 OCTOBER 2008. EVEN AFTER A GAP OF 2 MONTHS PERSONNEL APPLIED FOR NETBANKING COULD NOT OPENED THEIR NET BANKING FACILITY.WE ALL ARE AT CONGO.REPEATED TELE CALLS WITH BRANCH OFFICIALS HAVE NOT RESULTED IN ANY FRUITFUL RESULTS.CAN SBI LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP IN RECTIFYING THE PROBLEMS TO AVOID FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS...
