pan status check showing 'sorry, no record found'

Sir/madam,
I have applied for new pan card on 18th october 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement no. N-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.
"thank you for using online facility for pan application.
If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."
But when i checked my application...

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 5th november 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]) on completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    We are submitted our documents related to correction in name my ackno no.
    N - [protected] avani deep sharma issued slip by agent on[protected] till dated 10.07.2017 i didn't received my pan card. Please send it as soon as possible if have any reason to send me details regarding pan card i will solve your concern but send it fast.

      Pan card not received
      PAN CARD STATUS NOT UPDATING & NOT RECEIVED TILL NOW
      I have applied for PAN CARD on 18th January 2017.
      Acknowledgment Number: [protected]
      The documents were received at NSDL on 21th January 2017. It is still showing status - "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL" from last 15 days. Please update the status and send PAN CARD. It is really urgent and need it as quick as possible. Kindly send it fast.
