Hi
I had a booking on 3rd Dec from Bangalore to Chennai. We received the call from olivea team that the board cancelled due to some reason just 2 hours before.

As per discussion olivea team said that the full amount will be refunded as it was canceled by traveller.
Despite of number mails and calls no response from their end. br...

We it was a pleasure to travel with you on the 12/02/2013 from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Olivea, But to our surprise the Journey was not all good as expected as seen on your Website & YouTube. We would kindly request you to look into the following at your earliest if you would like to carry the name Travel Redefined for the fare you are charging. Hope this is not carried out in the future to Tarnish your Brand and Services...

Here is the horrible story of my experience with Olivea.
I booked my ticket in advance to travel from Coimbatore To Bangalore (7th June, PNR No: 00ORFF) consider huge LIST of Facilities provided by Olivea my wife's exam is there in Bangalore and she need to site and can study even when we are travelling. So we what I faced compare to what Olivea claims:
1. OLIVEA CLAIMS: Enough Room For Luxury with 2+1 seating...
