Money not credited in my olymp trade account but debited from my bank account. Total 2100 + 700 :2800rs not reflecting on my olymptrade account.
Please do something as soon as possible.
I am attaching both payment screenshots.
Total amount : 2800 Rs should be shown on my olymptrade account. Please help.

Olymp Trade — Money not credited in my olymp trade account but debited from my bank account. It has been 2 days and 48 hours but money still not came back or reflected in olymp trade account. Totak amount was 2800 rs which is a sum of 2100 + 700.

My withdrawal request is still pending i put request on[protected] and still i am not getting my money and i also write lots of email to the olymp department they are not replying, responding.he give time of 5days but still now i am not getting my money.mu

I have requested for deposit of 20$ on 12 june around 5 pm today its been three days the amount isnt credited to my Olymptrade account. I have been requesting their client support for three days they only ask to wait for 48 hrs and its 3 days and nothing happened
I feel like it's a fraud as they aren't taking my complaint seriously, on mail they says their finance team i working under process but I don't see any progress. Please help me

I have made a deposit of 7000INR on 10/06/22 and its been 4 days my issue is not solved yet today also i have made a deposit of 8000INR and it is also delayed pls give my money back its been many days

I deposit my first fund on[protected] with upi 1000 rupees but they can’t credit in account. I talk with support agent they asked that upi payment method take 48 hours to complete payment successfully but today[protected] hours aslo passed and today support agent asked that we send task to finance department they took 1-5 working days to credit your payment in account. so i relized that don’t trust these fraud platform.

I have deposited 778 rs on 4/6 through net banking but it's not yet credited to my account even after 48 hours, and none of your support agents are responding, tried contacting more than 50 times and also sent transaction details but no one is responding. Is it a scam? Really worried about my hard earned money. Never expected something like this from olymptrade. Planning to contact bank for chargeback Or to sebi for FRADULANT transaction.

I deposited 700 ruppees on4th june and now more than 24 hrs my money is not in my Olymptrade account please credit it as soon aa possible otherwise i will file a case on you

Dear members dont use olymptrade platform, its 100% genius fake platform, as my journey i lost almost 15 lakh INR in this platform that time they even not asked me any proof, but when i started earning money upto 235000 INR they bloked my account, when i asked customer care they told me that i aggreed aggrement and crossed the rules, this platform almost fake my friends sont trust this platform and spoil your hard earned money, this is my customer id [protected] and my mobile no [protected] feel free to contact me

Olymptrade account is been blocked. Says I have not traded and withdrawal the amount. I have traded my whole money in it. With some less loss. I have withdrawn my money. They saying like I haven't trade and withdrawn it. My account is been blocked. My friend account is also blocked by same reason. But he too trade for little time, with fear he took off his money from the olymtrade platform.. He is new to this, now olymptrade made big loss to him. For me doesn't mean little money has stucked. For him, his one month salary stucked in. Olymptrade platform is unsafe for learners. Small mistake leads them lose all theironey without trdaing and giveing the money to olymptrade company. All their staffs and claim support will say same, u have violated the rules. So you won't get your money. That is my money. Simply olymtrade taking money from like us. If so, the money in the blocked account should be return to user to the olymptrade company. Only u can do is block from tradiing in your platform. Not taking our money. I will say other traders not use olymptrade

Meine 31/01/2022 ko 59 usd ka withdrawl request dala thha aaj 09/02/2022 hai but mujhe mera amount receive nahi huaa... OlympTrade ke support team se baat ki meine unhone mujhe RRN No diya[protected] hai or pyment[protected]
Amount:-.4403.46 inr ka information diya or bola ke branch mein contact karna ka... Meine branch mein inquiry kiya to bank wale ne RRN No se check kiya to amount failed show kar raha hai wo bhi 1450.00 inr ka.. Wo amount kisi Chhotamiya ka bheja thha.Meine phone pay customer care se baat ki unhone kaha ki jab amout show hoga tab kuch kar sakte hai...

I made withdrawal request of Rs 31 thousand on 21 January 2022 but not received my amount yet. I mail them also messaged them on Facebook but not getting proper response. Every time they asked to wait for 3 working days. Now I m not getting any response.
It’s frustrating . I would never suggest anyone to trade on Olymp trade. I thought if Yuvraj Singh is doing its advertising it must be authentic and will do payment on time but I really disappointed with this broker.
Quotex and pocket options are much better platform and I never faced withdrawal issues

In previous complaint i posted here olymptrade UNblocked me but again today Olymptrade blocked my account after telling in previous post that after thorough investigation it was found i am right and my account is now unblocked,
What is going on?? Please can you clarify this, since olymptrade said my account is now unbloked i went and even made a $50 deposit and now again its blocked me with same reason that i have multiple ids, which the company resolved after investigation, then y again blocked me on same ground??, its so disgusting to see this.

I want my money back or UNBLOCK my account.

Please dont play like this with people's money.

This is regarding how olymptrade is cheating people with money. I had received a mail 2 days back that my account is blocked for multiple ids, but i mailed them that i don't have multiple ids, then they unblocked my id, and today i opened my id and made a $50 deposit and immediately after that my id was blocked again.

Why are you playing like this with people?
First Blocked my id and then ublocked and when i deposited some amount again blocked my account.

Please respond to my query olymptrade.

Olymtrade is a fraudulent company wherein they are unable to pay my money which they have clearly mentioned to pay immediately in their website / App.

I further request to ban this App in India as it is looting lots of Indians of their hard earned money. I will mark a copy of this request to PMO.

I have deposited 100$ on 25th August 2021at 8.13pm but the payment was not credited to my trading account. The customer support says that the payment was declined and has not been refunded or credited to my account yet.

My account has been blocked by olymptrade on baseless allegations against me as per there clause in service agreement under article 2.1
There above mentioned clause was never breached by me but the company has filed false allegations against me under suspicious trading activity.
My account was blocked during live trading when my positions were opened for trade.The company has taken the final decision without notifying me during the live market hours.I had zero power to even negotiate as to why the account was blocked.I have tried to contact as many customer care executives in order to get a proper clarity on the issue. Inspite of me proving the company that none of the above clause was breached, olymptrade has taken the final decision to block my account without verifying with the customer.The last deposit was also not refunded i.e 150 U.S dollars.The open trades were closed by olymptrade without my consent.I have gone through a lot of mental agony and frustruation over this entire episode. The account was blocked on 29th july 2021 at 7.10 PM IST. No one resolved my issue and nobody could give me a proper clarity on this issue.This seems to be a day light robbery and its proper scam which olymptrade executed upon me.

My account has been closed with all of my funds in it. i have done nothing wrong but they say so.

I had made two withdrawals on september 12th totalling to $26.50. It shows withdrawal status as processed, but no money has been credited to my bank card. I had never had any previous issues with my bank card and all refunds are processed the same day. I contacted customer service and they ask me to contact claims department, however there has been no response from their side.
