I purchased 60 pieces of rasagulla from om sweets world Street sector 79 faridabad on 20th October 2025 on the occasion of Diwali.
This is a very bad experience with om sweets.
They are sour and taste in very bad.
My relatives are complaining that what type of sweets you have given to us.

Hi, I am living in Gurgaon since 4 years and never been so embarrassed and humiliated like what Om sweet’s employee did to me. Yesterday, on the festive of Janamasthami, I went to Om sweets ( sector 23 market, 122017 Gurgaon) and after struggling for so long, I got response from the employee (average height, weight with beard and big moustache). When I purchased 1 sweet to eat there itself, he started laughing at me. When I asked why are you laughing then he said sarcastically that you are buying only 1 sweet, buy 1 kg for your family and laughed again in front of people. I even asked that can’t I buy only 1 sweet for me, he again smiled so sarcastically looking another customer like I can’t afford to buy sweets from your so called “Om Sweets” . FYI, the day before festive, I bought 2 kgs of petha sandwiches just to distribute. CLOSE YOUR STORE AND GIVE SPACE TO THAT LITTLE STALLS WHO KNOWS HOW TO GREET AND SERVE CUSTOMERS BETTER THAN YOU (cheap minded) PEOPLE.

I Suresh Kumar Rastogi is a regular customer of Om sweets Sector 10 A.
I am having two SBI credit card and debit card of Canara Bank with Wi fi facilities. For last one month whenever I purchase any item from this shop it is advised by the person concerned that your card is not wifi enabled. Where as on the same cards from other shops it accepts the payment. Today evening I purchased 1/2 kg milk cake and 1/4 kg white rushberry around 9.45 pm and my card was not processed through wifi again on the pretext that it is not wifi enabled. I was surprised and shocked when i complained about this to next authority Mr Sanjay who proudly told his name and asked me to put PIN if you want to purchase anything from here.
I am sorry to state that when the govt of our country is promoting digital banking and on the other hand your employees specially Mr Sanjay is doing otherwise.
It is happening that your digital system is not working properly and customer is facing embarassment. If i did not have the cash i would have been humiliated for no fault of mine.
Please take a suitable action against the person concerned and make your system alright which is not working for last one month as observed by me.

I bought half kg plain Dhoda from sector 14 market Om Sweets some days back . On opening the box I found one row of sweets missing 👇. Yesterday at 8:45 PM I bought my favorite Dhoda again and weighed the box this time which showed 556 gms and seemed ok. However I wanted to show the photo to the counter incharge 👇 of the previous under weight box so he can keep a check. First I saw him behind the counter facing backwards and munching after putting something in his mouth. Then he began chatting on his mobile for long time so I signaled to him that I wanted to speak to him. He moved out of the counter area but kept chatting some private talk for long time so I signaled again but he kept chatting. Only when I showed him a photo of the underweight box did he put his phone down and said, “ so what, these are sealed, I can’t do anything “. I explained that I was a senior Govt officer and only trying to bring something to his notice as he was counter incharge so he could rectify any shortcomings . He then started talking rudely and just turned away while I was still speaking to him. On an earlier occasion also I have noticed that he is disinterested about customers and has no initiative to improve service. He roams around without a mask, off and on picks up tit bits and puts them in his mouth. Earlier I once pointed out how a sales boy was using bare fingers ( no glove ) but the counter incharge took no action and just kept quiet.
I strongly recommend that this employee should be dismissed from Om Sweets . He is not fit to even be a sales boy . The overall standard of the staff needs improvement and please begin with shunting this ill mannered, incompetent counter incharge.

We bought an om sweets choco chip cake from pace city-ii, sector -37, gurgaon. The manufacturing date on the cake was 11/8/19 and best before date was 18/08/19.
But to our surprise, there was fungus on the cake when we opened it within the mentioned date.
This is very disappointing. It has never happened in years with om sweets. We buy all the products with full faith and guarantee.
Please do the needful.

I placed an order of fried dhokla and 5 grilled sandwiches.
Which cost me :
Grilled sandwich 400
Fried dhokla 200
And over this they put the tax cgst 2.5% sgst 2.5% & cgst 6% cgst 6%.
Total of 17% tax, whereas it should be only 5% tax.

When i complained at there center to mr. Vikash with mobile no ([protected]), he gave such an un acceptable statement that we put extra tax on fried dhokla ie...

OM Sweets doesn't care quality anymore..Flies, Mosquitoes present on sweets ..Customers Please be proactive and check yourself.. Flies resting on Gulab jamun & AC not working in sec-4 restaurant.Also Cashier is rude at Sec-23 Gurgaon.. I am regular customer at OM sweets for last 5 years and now seeing pathetic service..
