I bought a omfed milk packet yesterday and when i open the packet of milk and boiled the milk was converted by paneer and when i see on the packet it was expired so please response on my complaint and i want compensation for giving expired milk.

The pasturised milk coming in packets are completely watery. The quality is very bad after increase in the price. Just looting the customers. Strong action should be taken towards the quality issue.

I had purchased a packet of milk from a local omfed stall on 21st september 2019 however, the milk that i received was rancid and inedible even though it had an exp. Date of 22.9.2019. Now, rs.20 is not the issue here but the fact that i have been robbed of my hard earned money and the shopkeeper doesn't want to either take up the responsibility or behave properly and listen to my complain is the issue here.

It is well known that led-based dyes are used to get black colour. Omfed should immediately stop using sachets having black inner wall.

in this area the omfed retailer is demanding Rs 17 more for an 500 gm omfed paneer whose MRP is 73.
they simply deny for receipt and if asked just lie that there is scarcity of product due to demand from other areas hence cant sell the product.
what should be done to such distributors.
it is not the only case of loss consumer rights but in other commudites like soft drinks sellers demand for "COOLING CHARGE" as if we are asking to take Hot drinks. they sell Rs 2 /bottle more for any cold-drinks.
they also simply deny for receipt.
