HELLO, I have ordered a POWER BANK AMBRANE on 5 MARCH 2022 Order id is #179392. Buy For 599₹ with website one3mall. Now till i have not found my parcel .
Now One3mall not shows on website . Now i have been requested to pls take action against this cyber crime and gujrat police.
I have requested Show faces all over social media and newspapers....

I made EMI payment for product but did not even aknoledgement for te same.
Also when I tried to call the Merchant on provided contact not getting it switched off....

Before a week, I ordered stoller for my baby. As soon as I ordered it, the amount was deducted from my account and I didn’t get any confirmation from one3 mall site about my order. And I couldn’t track my order.

I am ordering from one 3mall a home theatre on 05.03.2022.but any confirmation message and product not received on till date.i will pay for on upi.my order number 179010.

This site has again started a new fraud website named NEXA7 which is 100% similar to his earlier one3mall please stop this as it is doing fraud to many innocent peoples.

Hi I have ordered Philips Viva Collection HD4928/01 2100-Watt Induction Cooktop (Black), made payment through my credit card of amount Rs. 899, but didnt received any details regarding the order, Tried calling but cannot reach.

I was visit the website of One3mall on 9-Mar-2022 to purchase a drone camera. But no confirmation from website of order# or order details of my order, I have already paid for the same, I am attaching the screenshot of payment and payment confirmation, But no any messege and any detail i don't receive from One3mall site,

Kindly help in getting payment return or deliver the product from the seller.

I think they are frauding with the customer and may be a fraud site to cheat with the peoples .

I hope for the support from consumer support team,

I have paid 999 for F &D speaker but there is no communication from their end

On 04 March 2022, I ordered SanDisk Cruzer Blade 64GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive, quantity - 1, amount - 199Rs, from One3Mall.com . I received order confirmation notification with Order Number : 175203. My payment method was Paytm. The order was named after - Saurav Porwal.

But, I didn't receive order confirmation message on registered mail ID, mobile number, and also I didn't receive the product yet.

Now, one3mall.com is not active digitally, I am not able to track my order, and cancel it and I had not received refunds till now.

I have attached images in support of my complaint.

Taking in to note, I report the scam from One3Mall.com to consumer complaints department of Indian consumer complaints forum and seek resolution at fast.

The order is not yet delivered till 14.03.2022. I request the One3Mall, Gujarat. This item is not yet delivered. Kindly help.

On 8th March i had paid Rs.3499/- for electric bycycle to one3mall, 2 days my order was under process, but now the whole website is under maintenance, I think it's fraud

I had ordered one mobile for Rs 999 in February month vide order I'd 172623 for a week it was showing order currently under process and now site is under maintenance since 5 days[protected] this number was mentioned on website but number is switch off request you to kindly check and help all the consumer to refund the amount and take a strict action against site and company

Was ordered realme 7pro (8gb+128gb ) Varient on March 2 in our website, payment has been made through paytm with amount of 2999/-, but still now I am not getting any message regard this mobile shipment, I have a proof of payment successful of this order, I have mentioned Billing name, order no, and mobile no for your reference. So kindly check and provide the details for this shipment at the earliest. Kindly verify and refund my money. I thing this website is fake. Two days before I was tried several times to contact this company through call and message but there is no reply. Kindly rectify and refund my amount.

On 7th of March 2022 I have paid one3mall 3499/-for electric bycycle 2 days it was showing shipment under process, now it's showing website under repair I think they blocked me & hope its not fake

I am 100% sure this is cheating website.
After ordered not received any confirmation or email or sms.

Emailed them not failed.
