After reading complaints in consumer foram i am 100% sure one3mall is Cheater website.

I have ordered but no email of confirmation and i am sure now, i will not get anything.

I had placed order on 07-03-22 for rs.499/= . After that i have tried several times to contact them via email & also via their registered contact no. Email has failed to be delivered & their cell no is continuously showing as switched off.

I have ordered following item --
Lenovo Portable 1TB External Hard Disk Drive HDD = 1 No
Order #184554 was placed on March 7, 2022. Still there is no updates of shipment. No any reply on email. Phone number given [protected] is also switched off.

I had placed order for Symphony cooler on 3rd March 2022. The payment was made in advance but yet I have not received any response from the company. Phone number given by company is not reachable and email is also not being delivered to their server.

I think, they are cheating the people.

I had booked a Philips sound system 2.1 on 7th march 2022.Order id #187348 Now till i have not found conformation from ONE3MALL, that which day will i get my product ? Pls give me confermation ...

I have ordered a Samsung level U2 Bluetooth earphone. Payment is taken and i haven't received any mail or a message on my phone number and also i haven't received the product.

I had ordered a syska beard trimmer from one3 mall almost a week before but still has not gotten any message or any other confirmations. Looks like I became a victim of online scam. Guys please don't place any orders from one3mall or most importantly don't pay them online. Looks like a online fraud website.

I ordered an item on 8th march, 2022. Rs 470 is deducted from My account and successsfully ordered. But I didn't recieve any confirmation message or mail from them. infact when I tried to track my order from their website its shows no order id available. I tried to contact them using mobile number mentioned in the website but no luck its awitched off.

Order #161852 was placed on February 27, 2022 with One3mall after that I come to know that it is a fraud e commerce site hence kindly help me on the issue and refund back my account... Thanks

Hi Team,

on 6th March 2022, I ordered a Kent egg boiler and the order amount is deducted. But I didn't get any order confirmation email. when I tried to reach the customer care/mobile number they are not responding. They are frauds. Please do the needful.

I had orderd (#158343 of[protected] for an Office chair, Breathable Mesh Computer chair worth Rs. 999:00 with free shipping. My above prepaid order's payment mode was Paytm. This information was revealed to me after I made my payment.
After this action I didn't receive any further correspondence via either mail or via standard message. I tried to contact them many a times via their telephone #[protected] which never got answered, alternatively tried to send them an email ( [protected]@one3mall.com ) which was returned undelivered.
Today I contacted them again with their another number (found on Google) #[protected] which went through but was found busy. After sometime a call back was received from totally a different number where a person on line told me that they have cancelled my order and thus asked me to stay on line while we initiate your refund which I did and then he told me that he has sent an OTP which he asked me to share with him which I did not share. I think whoever this person was a fraudster.

My Order number is 171241. Paid via PayTM on March 3, 2022. This website has a payment gateway via PayTM and seem to be frauds. The Email address mentioned is INVALID & so is the Mobile number.

PayTM, should necessary action to disable/ban accounts like these.

I Urge everybody here to raise complaints with PayTM so that they can take these complaints seriously and at the least disable this payment link.

I have ordered jute planters worth Rs 230 from their website on 2nd March. The payment was deducted but got no email confirmation about delivery. The phone number listed is not reachable and email bounces.

No customer service and mobile no given on the site is working. So i think this is a fraudulent site and looting the customers. Please do the needful
