I’m here by expressing my regret of purchasing from ose7en which was not able to match the expectations wrt size and quality of the product that i looked for. Hence i therefor request to kindly process my refund and take the product back as secondly i’m facing total issues with the official website of ose7en where there is no support to assist the customer query and thus no assistance wrt the refund and return of products.

I purchased 3 t shirts on 11th march 2018 and made online payment.
I received the parcel on 21st march.
When I opened the parcel, I was shocked to see that only 2 t shirts have been delivered out of 3. I tried calling them, but the number was unreachable. Kindly help me to get my missing product.
I'm frustrated with the service.
