after an hour also not delivered, when asked oven story peoples they said its delivered, but i didnt received any when we tried to contact the delivery person he didnt answered please look in to this...

4 पिज़्ज़ा ऑर्डर किये थे, एक तो ऑर्डर पहले 2 उसके बाद 2 करके पिज़्ज़ा डिलीवर किये गए लेकिन सभी पिज़्ज़ा इतने ठंडे थे कि किसी ने भी नही खाये, कंप्लेंट करने पर मोहतरमा बोली दोबारा भेजते हैं, उसकी हम अभी तक वेट ही कर रहे है, दोबारा फोन करने पर दूसरी मेडम ने फोन उठाया उसका कहना था कि पिज़्ज़ा डिलीवर नही होगी रिफंड मिल जाएगा, कोई इस मेडम से पूछे कि क्या पैसे रिफंड होने से पेट भर जाएगा ? इतनी घटिया सर्विस किसी की नही देखी, मेरी सभी से अपील है कभी ओवन स्टोरी पिज़्ज़ा से कभी ऑर्डर न करें नही तो भूखे सोना पड़ेगा ।

I've ordered 4 Dips at Oven Story Pizza on 03rd June 2022, Thing is that ordered was delayed very long, I've ordered to have food with my family, Due to order delay(That too just readily available dip) my family members were came out of mood of having food and we lost our quality time! I've called oven story customer care on that day itself, the person spoken with me has given me a fake promise, which I came to know today (26th September) stating that, "we really asking an apologies for the inconvenience caused to you with the delayed order as you have lost your quality time with your family" he was so humble and upset for me that I have missed my quality time with my family then he told that "due to the issue happened we are giving you complimentary offer with which you can call Oven story and ask for free Pizzas for 3 to 4 people (my family) and choco Lava cake as well", days passed I didn't found any gatherings with my family in the mid, but on today that is 26th September 2022 I found very good time with my family after long time so I decided to avail the offer that was given by Pizza executive on 3rd June 2022 I called oven story a person namely Vishakha on behalf of oven story spoken with me and while I trying to explain the offer that I got, she checked and told me that the offer which was given was supposed to be avail within 5th of June 2022 itself but I told her that, no your executive has told me whenever you find a time you may call us and I will the offer by explaining the promise which I am giving to you and I hope the person was given me a fake promise over the call and now I could not available that offer I have asked vishaka to give me the grievance redressal mail ID of Oven story but she denied, I want the company to listen to the call recording from my number[protected] that was recorded on 3rd June 2022 and take appropriate action on this thing, I demand a compensation from oven story for giving me a fake promise just to suppress the issue as of then, and also spoiled my quality time with my family by not delivery in the ordered product so delayed!

I had order two pizza from oven story. It's taste awful and base was also not fresh. . I am completely disappointed with the order.

I jainendra mewara and my family members are going to haridwar from beawar via train no. 19031 in B2 at seat no 33. I have placed a order on IRCTC connect portal on 20 july 2022 via order no. 74624222 on same day of my journey at 8:11pm to Oven Story. Oven Story has confirmed order no. 99258419 for deliver at Jaipur station at 10:40pm.
Train reached to Jaipur station as per scheduled time i.e. 10:40pm. We were waiting for our order to delivered but it was 10:45 pm and order was not delivered. I called to customer care of Oven Story and they stated that deliver boy is out for delivery. He put the call on hold and stated that sorry for inconvenience but we are trying to deliver.
As it was 10:50pm which is scheduled departure time of train from jaipur station. while talking with customer care train started remaining journey and till time I haven't seen any person from Oven Story.
As it was 10:50pm pantry was not available, me and my family member slept hungry, even though my 9 yrs son was slept hungry. I am really unsatisfied with such a service. Please take action against them as they not delivered whatever they commited.

Orders are booked and after 20-30 mins they are cancelled for no reason and then wasting time on chat. No phone numbers are available to speak.

We have ordered pizza from Oven Story as on date 12th December 2019 7:50 PM and got an online confirmation of amount Rs. 630 with delivery date of 13th December 2019. We wrote to them about this unethical behavior to which they agreed to the fault at their end and decided to refund us the amount. Till date we have not received any refund since last 1.4 years. Please help us as their website do not have any call center or any customer care service to report this incident.

We were horrified with our first ever experience at ordering pizza from Oven Story. We placed an order 45715518 at 2.29pm and got a confirmatory SMS. Then we got a call at 3.10 pm trying to confirm the order location. Then at 4.50 pm when I followed up I was told that the order was cancelled. When I got upset I was told that the order was delivered!! When we tasted the pizza it had a medicinal smell. We couldn't even get through one slice of each pizza. The pizza crust was soggy. Very poor quality of food. We will throw it away after letting their call centre know about it.

For a little party, we try to order pizza from oven story. I ordered vide above order number and time.

On 7.59pm, i got call from +91 7400 *681, asking if i will provide change of amount 965.

I was given expected delivery time oh 1hr 13min.

At 9.02pm, i got call from +91 870*650, telling me that whether i ordered that pizza, to confirm the same. After 1 hour, that call was made for confirmation, it is a joke?

He told that if i confirm, the order will be delivered after 10pm!! (More than 2 hours now)

App shows that order is cooked and expected delivery time is 13 minutes at 9.02pm.

Why call is made for confirmation when i have complete address and location details. As directed by staff, i have to cancel and have to order from domino's.

My party was spoiled by oven story.

Take necessary action against erring staff and intimate to me by tomorrow 5.3.20.

Oven story pizza bangalore has taken my order no.43447993at 8:20pm 14/02/2020.
They have mentioned that order will be delivered in 45 minutes, that means it supposed to be delivered by around 9:05 pm 14/02/2020, but they just told me my order was cancelled after waiting for 45 minutes. If they can't deliver why did they take the order at first place and kept me waiting for 45 minutes? They should have told me immediately, i would have ordered/planned some where else. I ordered it for my pregnant wife and for my daughter. They kept us waiting for so long and cancelled the order.
They are simply playing with huger of the people. Because of these we have not even cooked the food in home, now we do not have any other option.
We also called multiple times to customer care about the order but the customer service call got disconnected before i could speak to executive.

I ordered from ovenstory after a they called and denied for my order because o[censored]navailability
Now my order is also not showing in my order menu
I didn't get any message nor they are receiving calls
I am not able to call the given number on their site
How would i contact them to get back my money ?
Please let me know any help would be appreciated

I ordered a pizza on 31st Dec 2019 10:04pm but did not receive the order for next 40 mins. We tried calling up but their numbers were switched off. We provide our numbers but did not receive any call from the rider who delivered the pizza but next day I got a pop up on ZOMATO that it has been delivered already. On trying to communicate with ZOMATO they clearly took their hands off stating that oven story had their own delivery guys. On calling oven story in 1st Jan 2020 they said they will check. I later got a call from Oven Story Goregaon east that their might have been some problem and they will refund the cash back to me in 3-7 working days. On 6th Jan 2020 called up oven story customer care a female executive mentioned they will still follow up and check. Later again at 10:32pm I had to call up their customer care again as they did not bothered to. Then they checked and told me they have escalated this to their supervisor and they will refund the cash back and the process will take 7-8 working days. Today i.e. on 7th Jan 2020 at 8:12 pm I get a call from Oven Story saying that they will refund back 200 INR only as their policy only allows them to refund that much amount. This is bad customer experience and I want this to be escalated.

I have ordered pizza's on 31/12/2019 from oven story through google pay and due to my reasons i cancelled the order after that the employee told me that the refund would be re-directed in my bank account within 7 working days.
I didn't received the refund till date.
I messaged the employee twice but didn't receive any response from him.
I also tried to contact them but was not able to do it.

Severe throat pain experienced by everyone who ate the pizza and garlic bread sticks... Not at all a good experience... really horrible !There was no itching earlier and the itching began immediately after eating the pizza... We ate it in the night and till midnight 2 or something.. it really became horrible... No one could sleep peacefully.. and everyone started coughing really bad..it was really annoying to have this option... would never recommend to have overstory pizza...

I ordered two pizzas from oven story's website. I entered my address for delivery. After an hour when I called the delivery man to ask how much time he will take. I got to know that somehow they picked a wrong address from Rohini, Delhi and I ordered it in Gurgaon. Now the delivery man can't come to my place which is 2 hours away from him. so I called their customer care. They registered my complaint and said that the money will be refunded to me after 2-3 days. But I still didn't receive any money. I request for a refund as soon as possible.

Placed my order at 9.14 am on 17th november, 2019. They promised delivery in 45 minutes. It's 10.10am now and still i have not received the delivery. Customer care number is not working. The food is not even out for delivery yet. Their email id is not available anywhere. There's nobody i can contact to get to know the status of the order. Order #: 35609632

I orderd molten lava cake at 8:28 on 11/05/2019. I payed through google pay. As soon as money is transferred it's written oops order didn't got placed. And i didn't got my money back. I sent and email to oven story. They haven't replied. These guys cheat. They are playing with my craving for molten lava cakes. How will i get my order or when will i get my money back. I want it right now. As i want to ear the cake

After waiting for more than 2 hours the food is not delivered..there is no customer care number.. pathetic service.. please stop your online services..my money got deducted and now there is food also..worst experience.. don't play with a hunger of a human atleast..they have some issues in their application regarding address also which they are not bothering at all..fake app

So today i ordered pizza from oven story and the transaction was successful. They charged me the complete amount for my transaction but did not deliver me the pizza on time they delayed it by saying that it will be delivered in 40 to 50 minutes but i still didn't receive any order and after so much of calling them i receive a calp and they said that they will not pay any compensation to me, for my loss of time, they'll just send me the pizza!
I still didn't receive any pizza!

I ordered pizza from oven story they didn't dilvered the pizza and I contacted them as well but they did nothing. And there is no refund policy for this. They didn't provide any resolution. This is not the first time they are doing this. Last time when i ordered they gave excuse of the rain but today there is no rain and they deliver food ao late that it's not anymore eatable but they don't provide any compansation for this

I placed order of 2 pizzas from oven story chandivli store at 9 pm on zomato app. They accepted the order and msg provided to me was food is being prepared on zomato app...

I waited for almost 50 mins and finally I got a call from vikroli owenstory outlet that my order has been cancelled by the chandivli outlet... I tried reaching on the number provided but they didn't picked up... It was almost 10 15 I finally came to know that my order was cancelled and they didn't even bother to call or text me... This is very pathetic service I expecienced ... This has happened almost 7 to 8 times.. where I have placed order... I paid entire amount also... And restaurant or outlet has accepted the order and after 30 mins + got call that order is cancelled we can't deliver...
