I placed 2 orders and paid via google pay. First order was placed around 7:45 pm and another was at 8:35 pm today.
None of the orders were delivered.
And in the mean time called on their customer care number multiple times but didnt got any response.No pizza was delivered nor the refund.
How many times i have to raise this issue. Its already been raised multiple times on call, emails and even over the fb but they are not even responding.

I had ordered pizza from OvenStory around 9pm on[protected]. Money also got deducted Rs 237. The order number was 38173333. After the timing countdown was completed, still I haven't received any order yet. And also unable to reach the customer care. No one is answering and also no email id is provided to contact. After the countdown, the order went of from the list and showed no orders found. Kindly help in resolving my issue.

Hii i have placed an order on ovenstory today date: 7th december at 7:48 and they claim that food is delivered within 30min and time is 8:49 its been one hour straight and still i have not got my food delivered this is the second complain regarding the food delivery for them and consumer complaints commitee has still not taken action against it this time you have to take severe action again so that they deliver food on time. And i want my money back for this delivery bcz its already 1hour late and they told to refund the amount. Just look after this issue as soon as possible

These guys are cheaters. I cancelled an order a few days back just after placing and payment of it due to some emergency. I called customer care and they told you will receive the refund in some time. After sometime, the order was marked delivered. I called, they told refund is initiated, you will get in sometime. It's been so many days, i haven't received the refund, even wrote at [protected]@ovenstory.in but no reply. And they deleted my review on playstore. My no. Is [protected]

I ordered a Pizza for my elder brother through Ovenstory but unfortunately I chose different address where no one is living as of now and within a minute when I got to know that I chose the wrong address.
So I wanted to change the address but there were no such option to change the location after then I wanted cancel the order and same problem again no option was there to Cancel the order.
I tried a lot to customer care number on [protected] but I didn't get any response from that and then I ask the delivery boy to cancel the order after few minutes I got a message that order completed which was shocking as no one received the order and also I didn't get my refund or any such message of order cancellation yet.

I ordered a pizza through overnstory and paid via gpay yesterday 5-nov-2019. Order no.[protected]Pune, viman nagar).

The delivery was at my hotel (Keys prima parc estique).

During the process all updates were coming properly including when the pizza was out for delivery but suddenly the order changed to delivered. I didn't get any call or anything and so i enquired from the hotel staff and they mentioned no one came to deliver the pizza.in fact they have a proper process to handle food delivery from zomato etc.

It became clear to me that the delivery person did some mischief and i raised a complaint on ovenstory app by 9:20 pm. However surprising part is for the next 18 hours or so there hasn't been any response from them and there doesn't seem to be any accountability after taking the money. What if their pizza causes health issues. It appears that no one seems to be responsible. Inspite of several reminders.

I ordered from phone pay switch app on saturday n it was assured that within 45 mins it will b delivered n den i got a cal after sometime saying it will b delayed by 2 hours so i said cancel it den... They din refund my amount till now n today it’s monday n i tried calling back n now the number is switched off... Worst n fraud company i’ve ever seen

I order pizza on 22nd nov, 2019 at 9:07 and it's been 2 hours now that i have not received my order yet. The customer care is also impolite. They are picking the call putting it on hold and further asking me to wait for some more time. There are various complaints regarding the company please take measure to shut it down. Its been a real embarrassment for me infront of my guests. I already made payment to them and yet again i had to bring food myself from outside. No updates were being shared by the company regarding the order.
I want to make sure that such company should exist as they are frauds and will cheat the citizens.
I want to sue this company for defamation of character.

I ordered corn veggie delight pizza from ovenstory on 7/10/2019. I paid through phonepe. Within few minutes i got a call from a number that my order can not be delivered because the outlet near me in patel nagar is sealed as of now and that the money will be returned very soon. It has been two days and they have not returned my amount. I've been calling again and again but they are not taking my call as well. I want my money back.

This is with regards to an undelivered order from the company ovenstory which is official a sub brand of fassos food.

I had placed an order with ovenstory on 26th august for which the order number is 29048546 amounting to rs 570.

I received a call stating restaurant is closed and order will not be delivered.

Even after emailing their customer care multiple times no refund has been initiated for this.

This is clear case of defrauding a customer where i ended up paying an amount of 570 for an order that was clearly not delivered and neither did the restaurant initiate a refund from there side. I had to follow up multiple times and there is no phone number where i can register my complaint. I had to email the customer care multiple times and still no resolution.

I ordered pizza today my order i'd 30899267 i haven't received my pizza yet! But in the app it's showing it's delivered i complain about this in there customer service but no answer i get from it. They stole my money. Although last time when i order item on that time it was also very late and poor quality.
It's my humble request to take an strict action against them.

I have ordered a pizza from you guys on 10th sept i have received a call from [protected] person said due to non availability of driver order will be cancelled and refund will be receiving in post 48h.

Till date i have not received any refund. I have paid this through phonepay they also confirmed refund status is pending from the restaurant side.

I have ordered pizza from ovenstory after some time i got call from store manager that they have send my order to another store. He mentioned that he personally called that another store manager and transferred your order. After 10 min i received call from that new store manager where my order was transferred. He told me that they cannot deliver my order and he cancelled the order. Worst experience

Hello, i had placed an order via the ovenstory website of rupees 322 on 31st august 2019. I paid the amount online. Later, i waited for more than 2 hours but the order status was stuck on "cooked". I called up the restaurant ([protected]) to in order to get any updates about the order.

The representative said that the order was cancelled because the shop was closed and apologised for the error. I asked for the refund and he said that it would take about 7-8 working days to get a refund.

It is 9th september now and still, i have not received the refund nor did i receive any text/email saying the refund has initialised.

I tried calling the same number again but nobody is picking up now. Please look into this matter asap.

I was order 13 gulab jamun on 05/09/2019 11:10pm n my order is 29773543. After some time restaurant persons call n told my person not deliver order that place i told why after some conversations his aggre deliver food peeragarhi 12.00clock till night. Am waiting peeragarhi 30min phone not reachable any one delivery boy noy deliver that place food that time call ovenstory but that tone listening. Plz action both oven story n restaurant

On 9th aug night time, i had ordered two pizza which was worth of rs.500. I called and registered compliant to the customer care for this inconvenience of there service. Then i had asked for the refund money back which was paid through google pay app, till now 2-3weeks over the money hasn't refunded to my account yet and felt pathetic. This order was placed at ovenstory branch at brookfield, bangalore.
Here the order was cancelled by their executive himself saying some stuff that the location is far to reach but at that same point of time i said that i have several times from here at that same location but he replied sorry and i don't know and also he said he'll generate my refund. Therefore till now no response or no update ftom their side. Don't know wheather the refund process had been generated and so. Really sad to say.

After waiting for an 3 hour it's showing the food is preparing now i am not able to see my order info in app orders section.

I felt like cheated from ovenstory yet i didn't receive my money nor a pizza.

Hi Team,

4 pizzas were ordered at ovenstory, in their app and website regular status was updated as food is ready and out for delivery etc.. When called asking for delivery status after expected time is over, they updates back as pizza cannot be delivered as machine is not working and they can deliver biriyani instead..
Horrible service.
