I am Sourav Singh 24Male. I have graduated from Pacific University batch[protected] Enrollment number PU18-79065.
I contacted j&k cell regarding My Degree requirements for my Master's course which i applied for. It's been a 2 years since graduation and 1 year i have been enquiry about and no response and giving me excuses like it's not printed yet .
I will be expelled within three months timeframe from my University if not provided...

But unfortunately amount has been deducted by upi mode payment. So payment doesn't receive to him.

Resolve my transaction issue and refund my money early as possible.
