Pammi Travels Complaints & Reviews

I have boarded Pammi bus from Ranchi to Giridih at 10:10 am today.While crossing Ranchi -Ramgarh valley driver switched off the AC and turned on the blower. After crossing charhi when asked conductor to to inform driver to turn on the ac he did not replied. When spoke to driver he said he will not turn on the AC till charhi ghati ends and asked me to show the ticket so that he cancel it and asked me to deboard the bus. This is not acceptable from Pammi bus management.

I boarded pmi travels on 11.08.2022, time : 12.10pm my booking was vide PNR : 315578, in starting when I boarded the bus I was made sit on different seat other than my booked one, also when the bus reached khelgaon/dipatoli Ranchi, the bus conductor and driver made all the passengers step out of the bus and stated that the bus will not be approaching any further and we are supposed to complete our journey on our own, it was really unprofessional and unethical behaviour from the bus staffs, we were left in the middle of the road, it was really harrassing and frustrating for me because I am new to the town and I am unaware about the roads and traffic of Ranchi. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I'm travelling to Ranchi from Remba More in Pammi Travels double decker bus (BR 25 PA 1295) in which we have to pay 400 each as bus fare which is 100 rupees extra than regular fare and also we have facing the biggest problem that is we asked to seat 2 people in a single seater sleeper and same 4 people in a double seater sleeper. I'm not understanding the mentality of the conductor and the owner of this company how can 4 people can go in...

I booked two tickets from kolkata to ranchi in ac bus of pammi travels online.
I reached to bus stand 40min prior to the time and started searching the bus but unfortunately all in vain because bus was not there.
I called to all the 3 numbers mentioned in the web page of pammitraveler but all were switched off.
Then i asked a person who was collecting ticket for a non-ac bus of pammi travels, he said that ac bus is cancelled.
Even i mailed them for my issue but it seems their mail id is also wrong.

At that time there was no transport facility available to ranchi except general seat in train, so i stayed back in kolkata in my hotel paying extra amount because of them.
