Submit application for change name for my pan card name sunita meena instead of sunita in my pan card no fspps9973a, i submited all decoment along with application but some other require of veriffication certificate signed by gazetted officer (Annexure-a) (Original), also send on 03.10.2019 by speed post vide no ed[protected] in ivr:[protected] to panind ser unit, 5 site pin 110018. But no action taken your end

I have applied for pan card, there is no response from them, even i had made the payment, #5, Site IV, Vikaspuri, New Delhi - 110018, India, this is the address, i have applied on january 2017, even i have posted my documents to them, even if call them they are not receiving the call, if we mail them they say we will contact in 3-4 business days but they dont turn up, so please resolve this issue...
