The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I had applied to the pancard.com, a private organization issuing pancard.
The fee they charged was higher than the nominal fee.
I paid the amount 379 but the amount of generating it through nsdl was 107 rupees only.
I had made the payment because i thought if they are not providing the pancard a refund will be provided but for any mistaken application they are not issuing the refund to me.

I PAYED RS 400 TO GET CORRECTIONS MADE TO MY PANCARD in the said website.the transaction was made on 10/6/2019 I recieved an email concerning the same. it on raising a query, there is no response from their side.I would like to get a refund of my money.The money was paid through an online transaction.at PU000517 Txn#[protected]. screenshot of email is attached which I recieved from their side....
