Hello sir, this is prashant here. I had ordered for clothes on pancy.com an online venture for clothes and i received my order yesterday and was very shocked to see that i got two products and the product which i got was not that and wrong product was delivered and with cheap quality, fake online store cheating customers. I thought to call the customer care people of that online store again to my surprise there is no customer care number. That is when i realised that it was a cheating online company.
Please arrange for the refund and also it's a humble request to u to please cancel this site as they are into cheating business and nor for genuine business. My order number is 46889

My order number is 48037 i want to return this product i have ordered something and i received something else there is a lot of difference what they have shown in the site what they send and the product was damaged it was like a used product and i couldn’t even figure out whether it was actually i ordered it or not!!! And to return the product i don’t have any contact info somehow i got this complaint site so that no one can buy from this site and get irritated like me... I need my money back this is a very bad experience from my “online shopping experience”. Atleast now take a action and take ur product and refund it.

I have ordered 2 sarees at Rs 1250 and I have received something else which is completely useless and undefined cloths. I cannot afford to lose my money because I have financial problem. I ordered here I though it will be cheap and the design is so good but I didn't know that its a fraud apps when I received it is so so much disappointed. Hello, this is esha aggarwal. Some days ago i was ordered a saree. It's order no. Was 39160 and carrying a msg said your package is deliver in between 7-8 business days but when it received it was very late. I opened my packet and it was totally disappointed me. Because it was not that what i ordered or displayed by them. I bear a loss of 660 which i want back. Plz refund my money and take your useless material back. Also cancel the order no. 49262, if this order will come. I will not pay for it.

Pancy deal — fraud happens: delivery of wrong item/item not booked is delivered

2 saree & 01 suits was ordered on-line for delivery from the above mentioned company. The order no. Is cod and the product ordered was : reference no.- pnc-44645 & shipper : 242841. Sender is kiteshop saree & dress, 69, soham complex near gelan park society, topvan circle & varachha, surat. The item mentioned was to be delivered at : vivek srivastava, "neha crazy collections", b/17, dashehara bagh, near pancha devi mandir, tehsil-nawabganj, barabanki-225001 (Uttar pradesh),. The delivery was done on 28th january 2018 {sunday} in the evening nearby 7:45pm. But to our dismay the item was not the same as had been ordered. Henceforth, we intend to return the item to the company immediately and ate same time wish to get the refund of the paid amount, i. E., rs. 1700/-. We wish for an early compliance.

A saree was booked on 22nd jan 2018., order no : cod and product no : saree - 8532098 for delivery in allahabad uttar pradesh and the delivery is done today but the delivered item is not found to be the same and thus there is no point in keeping the delivered item and in this regard we wish for the return of the item and at the same time we want to have the paid amount of rs yup to be refunded at the earliest. The payment is done in cash. Expecting for immediate compliance..

Pancy deal is a fraud company after taking payments in advance don't deliver the goods.
They don't even have a email address or customer care number.
I had ordered for a Kurti on 5th December 2017 ( order no. 20668)and paid in advance Rs.334.88 but even after a month and a half I have yet to receive the product.

It seems that this fraud company"s modus operandi is not to deliver the goods at all when the payment is received in advance or deliver substandard item when the payment is cash on dellivery basis because by the time the customer realises that he is duped, he would have already paid to the courier.
I want to bring them to public notice before they con some more customers
please help.

its really very annoying that some wrong product had been delivered to me. I had ordered two sarees worth rs 1000

pink half half machine work embroidery

Why you ppl are cheating customers likes this by delivering wrong products like this, people are trusting and shopping with you if you guys cheating like this people wont trust in any online shopping websites.

I ordered a designer multy colour digital printed kurti for women from Pancy Deal invoice no 39211 and its cost rs 550.00. After getting this product i open the package and i saw a pink colour cloth piece in it which is a wrong product what am i ordered and its quality is so cheep.Now i want to return the product and retun my money back. Very much disappointed with your deals. First time iam ordering in this site realy ashamed on you showing the best thing and when a customer purchased it totally changed to another product. The saree which i have ordered not even the colour was the same. If you cant supply the same thing why are u members cheating the customer. Iam going to complaint about ur dealings and not at a single contact number in ur courier. One phn no was there but it was a dead no.

On january 10th i have ordered a blue-orange colour kurti. Order no 35876 worth rs 551.88.. But today i have recieved a cheap green sharee. It was a very low quality product also.in the cover the product name is blue-orange designing kurti but when i broke the cover i discover a sharee not kurti. I want my money back and i will return their product also.

I have ordered 2 Multi Colour saree with Blouse, However I have received 2 Salwar Suit material which is cheap in quality, Tried reaching the number provided on website which is switched off and email id is wrong, mail is not getting delivered. This company is cheating many people as per the feedback in Facebook and Consumer compliants. and looks like this is not being addressed.

Hai sir i ordered a redcolour silksaree for rs660 but i have received a green colour netted saree... I was very shocked to see this very poor response... Very slakness... I booked a saree from www.pancydeal.com. i got a different saree that to worst quality. I booked one silk saree which costs 650rs. But i got a saree which is very low class which is not only related to the one what i booked. I am very disappointed with their service. I want to get my money back. Again they did not mention their contact details any where. They are cheating all the public. So please take any action on them.

I have ordered 3 art silk sarees which costs 1780rs. But instead of that i received 1 kurti 1 suit and one saree, and each product is worst than the other, they have no delivered the exact product which i have ordered.

I ordered 3 sarees which costs rs. 1780 including delivery charge but instead of that i got 1kurti, 1anarkali suit and a saree that too of bad quality. Today i have received ur 40821 no. Products, this product is very poor quality, & my demand in blue saree, i have getting pink poor cheap qualities saree, so i want my 660/- rs in refunded quickly in ur pancydeal company,

Plz u refunds my 660/- rs quickly, i looking embroidery blue & cream embrodary saree, but ur company sending other poor cheap qualities pink colour saree, that saree is i don't like, its very poor quality, its not good, poor quality, so i rejected this poor quality sarees, so i want my rupees 660/- from ur pancydeal company, its quickly urgent.

Order no. 31974, On making a complaint on delivery of the wrong product of cheap quality, an executive made contact referring herself as an executive with the contact number [protected], tried to initiate fake refund process and steal money from my account claiming as card to card transfer process.
If no one is going to respond about this they gonna keep cheating consumers. Pancy deal is needed to take claim on this for cheating public or else legal action would be soon proceeded on them.

I have all the messages initiated to make transfer and have the calls recorded in my phone, on account of no response any sooner I'll go for legal proceedings with given address and contact number available.
