We applied for passport on 5th September, 2014.
Case File Number is - CA[protected]
After multiple follow up and raising complaints the police verification process had been initiated.
But it's been long time that the application status is showing as 'Physical police verification is pending', and yet we have not received any call for that verification, also it's not even clear to us which police station is going to conduct the same.
