My wife namely kamya gupta is taking treatment in your hospital vide patient ID No. 418793 as a member of serving CGHS card holder dependent. During the treatment, i have noticed following which is harassed a patient :-

(i) Initially, patient goes to your hospital then, he takes patient pass from entrance reception through queuing system and got patient pass after 10 minutes...

It is very inconvenient for patients who come on fasting for checkup even after paying big amount of fees n other charges, doctors keep on meetings and patients have to wait for couple of hours for their checkup. It should be the first duty of the administration to serve the patients first who are not able to wait for such a long hours. There must be change in meeting schedule. Being a private hospital patients come here for facility not...

My wife along with child was admitted at patel hospital jalandhar punjab... I have deposited the charges rs.10, 000/-as asked and later in the midnight at about 12:30 I was forced to deposit further 10, 000/- immediately otherwise I was threatened that they will discontinue further treatment... further want to make it clear that no treatment except one gulocose and one tablet was given by that time... conduct of staff of hospital.. continous...
