Kindly request take a serious action immediately. They are harrassing severely. And even after paying the loan amount they are harrassing me and my family. Kindly request to take serious action.

My name is Digambar Panchal. I was a regular client of Payme India (5, 6 times). unfortunately last loan amount was not fully paid due to financial issues but still was in talk with company. the company person (Aman malik[protected] and other with numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] sending fraud sms on whatsapp to to my contact list randomly.

The illegally hacked my contact list and continually calls to women from my family and friends and talk filthy and abuse and threaten them.

They are harassing me call my family members sending post to college and threating

I have a loan with Payme India.. I have made regular payments to them. One payment was already debited from my account but they are saying they didn't receive it.. Now all my phone contacts are getting harrasing messages.. and payme India is relieving all my details including my home address to everyone.. When I spoke to a rep they were very abusive and gave me rape threats..

My bank account is absolutely correct so why is it not verified yet it is showing pending then please take counter action and give me loan

I have been getting repeated calls from your agency collectors as I had not paid my EMI due to loss of my job during covid situation. I have never gone absconfing and have spoken to many of your collectors multiple times explaining the apathy of my situation. They still call my connections from my contact lists and have send what's app messeges stating that I have taken them as guarantors a d there will be legal action against them. This is a true lie and exposing my financial situation to my known and unknown contacts! I have been mentally harassed for no reason. I had mentioned to them that I have now got a job a d will repay from February 2022. Still this harassment is on. Is this the way you treat your customer who is financially troubled due to this Pandemic?

They're one of most uneducated people and for 7k I have already paid 7k but in installment. They are taking extra charges and without reaching to me they called my father. Please I want this to be resolve soon

I have already made the payment for their loan amount and I do have an email confirmation from them. They have started calling my contacts after accessing them and abusing them and asking to pay them and that too different different amount to different people. I have called them and asked them for loan agreement they are denying for this. Their number are also in spam.

I have took loan from PayMe india app of 4000/- which was auto debit from account. The day came close & fund debited from account but in the app they shows due including loan of 4537/- & recovery agent call me said that pay your loan amount otherwise get penalty day by day. I will pay them on online 4260/- & after that check bank statement i saw i did two times payment to Payme india. detais seen in the attachment photos.
I raise complaint on app & whats up also but not getting reply.

With a deep saddened emotion self is informing you that I have never experienced such kind of “Grievances & Circumstances” made by your Good Organisation .

Receiving continuous calls from different SPAM contact no. As well they have hacked my cell phone each and every details and they are calling with a harassing note to my Relatives, Office Colleague, Neighbors & more.

If anything happens to me and my family Payme India will be held responsible at every circumstances which pls do note and keep it as record.

Payme india shall not perform any informal activities.

If you payme india take their pending amount then then they can send me an email with a pending amount in a formal way OR legal way.

Pls do note contact no which claiming they are calling from payme india & threatening & using abusive words which falls under a “Criminal Activities”.

Pay Me india recovery agents accessed my contact list and calling my relatives and Abusing them on different number started 073035*****. Her no is [protected] randomly calling and shamed me front of them. Also she threaten me in rude language on number [protected]. Please take action against this type of company. I have recorded call as proof of her behavior. They harassing me daily even I tell them that I will pay full amount on 15th of Dec. If they till call my contact list I will not pay.

I have taken loan once due to payment it's delayed by 1/2 days. In that they are hiring bleary 3rd party peoples to call them to collect the money.

Then after they started to call your contacts which are in your phone storage.

Then they started making fraud calls to everyone. Messaging them you should pay on behalf of him.

After done my payment with late fee which is thirple of my loan amount they are not updtaing my cibil and i am unable to contact then all details are false bo proper contact number is provided no one is responding to the emails this is fraurd company playing with our credit behaviour

I'm getting email from you on offering loan for me and you are used my details and I'm not sure whether I have shared any in recent 2-3 years. Please stop this spamming and it will affect your reputation.

My father took loan by payme india in 2019 my father (beloved) has expired I'm a student I'm not able to pay they called me and using vulgar language

My self Suresh one of your executive called me and they started abusing me like any thing.because one of my friend added my number in your app.

Main thing Im not taken any money Through your app and im not given any sign document and im not updated in your app itself so how can your executive call me and who given Rights to scold me. They spoken with me very bad mannerly and they used such a bad words I can’t tell you in this mail.

This company is totally waste. They charge you ### high..After taking extension this stupid people charge you 14568. And there recovery stupids, i don't know from where they hired all faltu people. Gawar. They didn't even know how to speak. This company should close ASA.Fraudsters

This company needs to be booked for fraud and harassment.
I have settled the loan with the company they are still harassing me for the payment.
I have sent them all the screenshots for the payment and the settlement email as well.
They are not ready to acknowledge the payment done .
They are now causing me mental harassment by calling up my contact list.

Myself vinit choudhary from nagpur maharashtra i applied for loan on payme india app on 20th September 2021 and its 26th of September today bt my loan amout is not yet disbursed in my account and they had given me due date of 6th october to repay the loan why should i repay the loan when they had not transferred any amount in my account they are fooling us i raised a ticket but got no solutions i asked for a call back they never called me the customer care service is the worst thing for payme india please reslove my query the amout is yet to get disbursed and i want to cancel my loan application i needed that money on 20th September but its 26th September now nd i dont need that money now jst cancel my loan application as soon as possible

I take a loan of 7200 from payme india 3 months ago. When I go to payment it shows overdue amount of 14500 and recovery agent call my relatives friends...

I take a loan in lockdown rs.10000 and i pay amount but due of rs.5200 and currently my self company full downfall shoutdown then i not have job or money in pocket they always harassement my all family and my contact list .

Sir, payme india harrasment my friend and family for loan repayment but I already pay 1200 rs to convert my loan as in Emi conversation but they does not do that, now they sending legal warning message to my contact number friend and relatives for force me to repayment...
