My brother took loan unintentionally due to job loss due to coronavirus. We where unaware of it later when we realized of it we where ready to pay the amount but the executive Miss. KOMAL started harassing my brother and started calling everyone in his contact list, I need a justification to understand why you guys call some random number on my phone n who has authorized you to take my contact list data. I'll be filing a complaint in local police station on the same

I have taken 3000/- loan from them and i paid them already even after paying they are abusing me and full day giving threaten calls and asking me to pay 10000/- more to them when i already paid them they amount i have taken. Please take action against them as they are making money by abusing people who already paid the loan.

I had taken 3000/- loan from them and that i already paid after paying the 3000/- loan they calling me and saying to pay 10000/- more and abusing me giving threaten calls full day and abusing. Please guys complaints about them to RBI such fraud people are making money by abusing people like us.

I have taken a loan from payme India. Where as after taking a certain amount of loan. I lost my job. Was not able to repay. There was delay of protected days. I was going to pay the entire late fee n charges. How ever the advisor got into my phone contacts n they were approached for the collection. There are no such term which states that the contact list will be contacted. N the first step of debt collection is to contact reference I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon. This is the complete breach of privacy which I can't take it anymore. How can they reach the contacts without my permission? I never gave in the app in the name of references.

I have taken loan from Payme India Online app. The amount is 9500/- which I took loan but they are asking 50000/- as repayment. I did not pay during covid and now the executive has started calling my everyone from my contact and saying that I have taken loan and not repaid it. They are stealing the contacts and threatening me to pay the amount. Please find below the person who called me and threating me,

I have repayment to be made and I am unable to job loss, there team is abusing me very badly and they are threatning me to call all my contacts.

As i took loan 10k from payme and unable to pay the money, so they are contacting to all my contacts in my contact list and harassing them to pay the money. As they are exposing our financial situation is bad and making ashamed with all our friends and family members.

Its a very bad situation for me in lifetime. Kindly take any action.

I didn't took anything from them but i recieve call from them and they call my all contacts and gave harrasing once i lost my mobile and purse after then only i got all these issue pls solve these issues i get problem personally from them

Executive from payme india called my relatives and use wrong language the loan was took by my father whom is no more and I'm a student and not able to pay please help me.

I'm very disturbed about harrasment calls and messages the agents called my relatives and friends . The loan was taken by my father . He is no more I'm not able to pay please help me.

I have taken a loan from payme india company and the company executive give a call and started giving a threatning call to me and my family and they are taking out contact from my phone and they are misusing my contact and spreading threat

These people are troubling me, my mother is in the hospital, I am job less now, I have told them that I will pay but no one listens

I keep telling him that i will pay your money next month but everyday he is sending me messages of threat. Kindly take action against him.

Hy, Myself shailesh as I was hospitalized I am unable to pay loan of payme which is 4000, in that also I have paid some interest amount of some 1000 once and 1300once even though the executive is threatening as he will call to my contact list, pls look into this and take a serious action against them and the executive.i have also mailed the concern team of payme regarding this but no reply from them, pls these type of apk should be banned.

I Have taken small LOAN after a big melo-drama by company had to pay what ever amount they wanted to loot from me but even they ### are not satisfied, Still my cibil shows pending please let me free from this agony.

One of the employee has been call on my sister number using bad words with a girl and telling her that he will viral my sister number to everyone is the any terms and conditions like calling any one who did not taken guaranty of loan if taken loan and I have not paid loan than take action against me why are the company person name Abhishek Shukla +[protected]

It's totally a fraud app. They are capturing contact details of there users who seek loan from them and in case of default they are randomly calling to there contact list. I faced the harrasment by there side. Even I don't know that person someone kumar Shekhar. Agent started yelling at me and asking me to pay on her behalf as he has given them my reference. I tried to clarify the situation that he has some misunderstanding. He didn't listen...

I missed out on paying this month's due as I am struck with COVID and going through a difficult time.I requested for an extension in time by raising a ticket in the app already.But I am being harrased and threatened by your executive in whatsapp and he even hacked many of my contact number which I didn't share as reference to payme India.

I am going to file a complaint on payme india for Hacking my personal information and also for threatening as I already told you my concern indetail by raising a ticket in the app.

This is not how you should move to a customer and I am going to file multiple cases on Payme India for indulging in unethical approach.Attaching the proof below.

1st Communication was on 4th June 2021.

I had loan account with Payme India. I was a regular customer and had paid all the loans regularly till the last loan that I availed. Just because of an emergency hospitalization during COVID pandemic I had a cash crunch and had to settle the loan temporarily.

Last month on 4th June, After a lot of calls since Payme does not have a contact number that works, I contacted Collection team and paid the written off amount too. And requested for the update of same to CIBIL.

It is 3rd July today, 1 month after the payment I have received 3 mails that the details have been updated however since i have the regular subscription on checking the details found that the loan is still showing settled.

I have shared CIBIL details on every mail that the details have not been updated only to receive a copy paste response. I have also filed a CDS with CIBIL on 11th June which is also not responded by Pay Me as per the details shared by Cibil customer support. (Attachment of email received today from CIBIL)

Please help to expedite the process and remove the Settled Status from my CIBIL report against Payme India.

Today (01st of July, 2021) was my due date for the repayment of the loan which I took on 11th of June 2021. PaymeIndia as a lender has registered my account with ECS mode and the same process was used for debiting my account today with a total amount of 8168/- but it has not been updated at PaymeIndia app yet. I am feeling irritated and scared about this app. Full of frauds and thugs. I wanted to file a case against this brand if possible.

This is inform you that one of your company representative number is [protected]/[protected]. He was sending msg through whatsup on jun24th regading payment around 19k . That time I said my family effected covid last month so I faced issue and spend it lot of money to hospital and I have applied PF withdrawal it will take two or three days it's showing under processing and also I send it screen shot and covid positive report also . On Jun 25 th he msg through whatsup to some of the ladies even I don't have their numbers there are just my brother wife relatives that person's called me and asking me how did he know numbers even you don't have their numbers also why should he chat with other persons once I promised . We are try to calling his number not picking his what's up profile also showing wrong thing . He is doing harassment so I am file case for women harassment in PS. I am ready to pay money but I want to know how he know their numbers. Thanks.

I had applied for loan on 25 th june.

The loan was approved on same day and also I got the confirmation that it is disbursed.

However it is not credited to my account.
Also no response from customer care.

As per rbi guideline paymeindia has no right to access in my contact and sms box
Moreover due to paymeindia I have a loss of a order valued 86 lakhs .
I was about to get a order valued of 86lakhs that time paymeindia called my clients up and stated that I have given their to paymeindia as reference and gurantee, moreover paymeindia demanded my clients to pay them on my behalf due to which my client has suspended my order which has given me a loss of my order valued 86 lakhs .
On top of that paymeindia has sent message to my contacts almost 122 members depending money and even called them up and deframe my identity .

I have not taken any loan from Payme India. My email id was hacked few days back. I have made a police complaint also for the same. Now from past 3 days Payme India has been calling my contacts saying I have took loan. But the fact is, I have never took any loan from them. Help

Payme india is doing illegal process. They theft of my all contact list& hrass my contacts customers

They are bought money from me, 500rs, payme finserve ina account, they are bought this payment in google pay.

Already my emi amount is deducted extra. Now also showing it's pending and added penalty. I'll give a complaint.. You're harrasing me in this lock down. Youre customer care is not supporting. What is this..
