I have taken a loan. From payme India but due to covid I. Couldn't repay because my infected Covid 19 hospitalized lot of amount paying bill. don't have the amount to pay for 5 days late. But they are called repeatedly and talked volgar language, mainly they are talked volgar language thats why I am not pay.please help me.

Hello sir. I took a loan from payme infia and the due date for the repayment was on 4th of May. I have done the repayment through NATCH MANADATE, and they have not updated in their app about the repayment status due to which I am receiving text about the overdue ammount which I have 0ayed before the due date.

Hello sir on 4th May was the due date of loan id 280483 of ammount 2140.
The ammount has been debited from my bank account but still the paymnet is not updated in the app till yet. Kindly update the payment status.
Below I have attached the paymnet details that has been debited from my registered account against my NATCH MANADATE.

I have due amount in my account for the past 3 days. Payme india have not yet debited the amount from my account. But they have added the extra charges. Today morning i paid through upi mode. Sent screenshot for reference but the account status not yet closed.

I'm Dusmanta Naik already i have paid my loan EMI before one day date[protected] Rs -3204 by Google Pay given Payme india app but auto debited from my bank account EMI Rs-3204 by bank ECS process date[protected] but not replicated in Payme india app, as per your company policy with in 7 working days as soon as possible please refundable my amount in my bank account others wishes if you delay the process so i am complean to Police station against your company name attachment the report below.

Hi,
I have applied for loan with Payme India for Rs 500 in 2019 but that amount was not transferred as my account was closed.
This loan amount was never transferred to me as my bank account was closed, i followed up with them on email, but no positive response given, i raise the dispute with cibil but they decline to change.
I never got any loan credited to my account.

I would like to inform this company is fintect they give loan for a 30days only & they do harassment to my family while once you download the app they will hack your cell with the mac id even itâs a bogus company they are cheaters and bloody full of # in the management especially a lady she is most uneducated person who talks using abuse language, instead of talking to me they send an sms to all my whole phone contact list,

With reference to the above, I would like to remind you kindly that I had repaid all the loans in full taken from "Payme India App" on June 11, 2020 and the same had been communicated to your team.
I urged for one month extension by paying INR 650 on 20 april 2020, though your team has converted my loan into 3 months term loan which later on cancelled on my complaint.
Now your team is convincing me that the delay in my cibil report is reflecting due to a moratorium which I had never applied for.
I had repaid the outstanding loan in full on June 11, 2020 after one month of extension On my request to remove late payments, Two out of four late payments were removed on January 26, 2021. But two late payments are still pending for the removal.

Payme india provided Rs.5000 loan. I already paid 1900 in the beginning. They later asked me to pay 5000 more to close the loan.
The agents called all my contacts individually and harrassed everyone stating I gave their number and took loan. They didn't even convey that they are calling by pulling up my contacts.
Instead stated that I gave their number, name and took the loan. Now they are still continuing the same asking for Rs. 15, 000 to close the loan. I only took 5k and alrdy paid nearly 2k.
They are bouncing 5k cheque every month, where I already paid 2k and they are demanjng 15k from me through msgs to close the loan. Frauding for paying off loan and cheque bounce
They are playing with peoples lives. Any other person in my situation would have taken a big step towards getting into depression.
I am being harrassed from 2 years eventhough i asked them the payoff amnt, they are asking four times for what i owe them.
Kindly check in the screen shot msg that they are referring to 15k loan amount. But, they are bouncing my cheque for 15 hundred rupees which i owe them legally
Please take an action, this could have been any other innocent victim. I hope someone will be doing something about this out there.

Harassing and abusive language by banker
Have took loan from this bank more than 4 times and also have repaid all the loans on time last loan which i took of rs 6, 000/- was not able to pay due to covid and now when i recived the call from there recovery team they told you have to pay 20, 500rs, so i demanded for amount bifurcation he is not ready to give only he the excuvtive is telling you will get everything in app but there is amount differnce as well the amount showed in app and the amount what the company is demanding and above it the excuvtive as started calling to my phone contacts which is not allowed as per norms and excuvtive name rohit kumar is giving bad words to me as well to my my relatives which is not alllowed i have also told that by 15th of this month will the amount still he has started calling.

Payme India has hacked my contact details and harassing my relatives...I had taken a loan of 5000 in March 2020 and was suppose to pay 5600 with Interest ...Now they are asking 10000 from me ..they are not ready to follow RBI and supreme court order of waiver of interest also and when I am asking them for mail document they are not sending it and continously harassing my family ..As being regulated by RBI they must follow the rules and how can they hack my phone contact and when I asked one of there executive he told ye we will hack your details..kindly look into it

After paying my due amount before my due date again paymeindia have debited the due amount Rs 14100 /- from my account on 3rd October 2020 and now I am following with paymeindia for the reimbursement of the amount which I have paid before my due date.
I am following up with them since last 12 days for the reimbursement but they have not replied my single email, This is the worst customer care service I have seen in my whole life.

My due date was the 30th of september 2020 and everytime the payment is autodebited from my HDFC acct but this time it was not done...got in touch wth customer service who mentioned to pay manaually into the idfc bank account for payme india which i did n upload the payment receipt on the app and emailed it to and still the account is showing overdue and amount shows increased
This is absolutely pathetic service and didnt expect this
Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest or il be approachin customer forum
