unethical behavior and charges

I took loan from payme india financial services, its a little amount of rs.4000 but due to covid-19 endemic, i paid addition rs.786 for adjournment of loan to next date but now they came up with rs.2500 late payment fee charges extra in the lock down period. I talked to their representative but they said that we have your phone book details, your messages details, if you not paid entire amount they will call on my contact which is purely against law and its again data theft from my mobile according to it act. Its almost 2 m months gone but which financial institute collect 50% interest in 60 days in the name of late payment charges, where as they already know that a national emergency was going on, and almost every one affected financially, mentally etc. I am ready to give back my loan amount but is it reasonable to give 50%interest in 2 months when national emergency was declared?. This is very disappointing. Court should give them some serious guideline to these type of financial institutes.

Loan application rejected without any reasons
Hello,
I took Personal loan from Payme on Feb 2020 and Apr 2020 and repaid the loan amount on time.
I tried to apply new loan on May 2020, but getting rejected the loan.
Then I have uninstall the Payme app. but again got the call from Payme[protected] on 22/06/2020 and told me that, your profile is re-selected for loan for that you need to submit 3 months bank statements.
I asked to her again and confirm. so I have shared my 3 months bank statements to her. he said that, need to wait 48 hours, you will get confirmation from payme.
but today i got message from payme stated that "Dear customer,
We regret to inform that your loan application has been
rejected owing to our internal credit criteria.
You may apply for a fresh loan with us after six months.
Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
"
why they are called me and collect my bank statements and after that rejecting my loan. so guys please be aware of this kind of data theft companies.

Agent threatened to call contacts randomly to collect pending loan amount emi also shared contact number on what's app. The agent was unhelpful i am going to file a complaint in this matter

amount was deducted 470 without knowing
Hi. Sir. My name is kishore kumar. I alredy inform to payme india about rbi guidelines due to lockdown. I am not able to pay. I want as per rbi statement 3 months moratorium period. But today 470 deducted from payme india. This s not correct.
My due date is 7.04.2020. I have insufficient funds so, they collected 470 without permission. And in that payme india over one day penlaity added 370. Total 5610. What about my 470. How will you deducted that. And today eve i got message. Nach error due to technical issues. You should maintain sufficient funds for 2 days. What is this?

misbehaving with me and my friends

I took a loan of rs.9000 from payme on oct month 2019. Due to some financial situations i didn't pay the amount.. When i was trying to pay now these guys have called to my contact list and theatening them.. So iam going to file a case against your company mainly iam giving complaint about rahul.. If you want please proceed legal actions against me and iam ready to face it and iam also going to complaint now.. I have all the recordings we can go legal and if a person doesn't pay the debt you should go on legal process not harrassment

Payme india has approved loan amount of 50 k for 3 month. Process was digitally signed the agreement and agree for debit mandate.
Entire process got completed and they sent agreement too, but disbursement not happened and now msg showing in their app that it got failed/rejected.
Now, since i signed digitally (Agreement & debit mandate) i gave received msg from bank on debit mandate registration but since money not disbursed how can payme india loan registration still valid. And above all how to ensure security... They can play with details
I tried to reach customer care but there is no response... Even escalated the matter but yet to hear out.

I may have downloaded the app once, but with fraud and bad reviews i can uninstall the app, now i am receiving nonstop messages at 5 times a day, i want this to stop immediately. There is no option to unsubscribe to these nonsense messages. I do not want any loans from a waste provider and fraud.
I have attached copies of the sms's, first sms received on 06th dec till date i have received 150 messages, today alone i have received 3 messages. Plus in addition to 10 calls from unknown numbers a day.
Please stop this # company

Complain1: i have paid the loan re-payment amount of rs. 5320 on november 19, 2019 screenshot attached. But as i checked my cibil report today found rs. 7100 is pending for payment which is wrong, screenshot attached.
Complain2: payme india charged me bounce charges whereas i was having sufficient balance in my account. I have shared the bank statement multiple times to payme india customer care, social media channel also to the co-founder mr. Mahesh shukla, but got no solution and the charges are getting increased every day.
I want an explanation for sending the wrong information to the credit information bureau also all the charges lying in my account need to be waived off asap.

I am getting fraud sms from payme india kindly resolve

I haven't signed any document regarding this loan. He was just colleague long time ago.

payme india - loan repayment

I have taken loan from payme india and i have done the repayment prior to the date mentioned.
And again they have deducted amount from my account.
I am trying to call the people and email them and even i have tried calling higher manager and have dropped mail regarding the i no person is responding to the emails or calls when i try calling them it keeps on saying either busy or switched off.
When the same thing happens if customer doesn't pay the amount back they will be calling twice thrive in a day. If same thing happens with the customers they are least bothered about it.
I want this to be taken on higher priority because my amount has been did twice.
And i want my retrieval of my money back in my bank.
Please go though the issue and get resolved as soon as possible

I took a loan from payme india application my due date is 11 oct 2019 for repayment and debit successfully through auto debit facility but application still showing due amount as it is and also put penalty when i try to contact there is no way costumer care no not contactable also getting no reply of my mails what should i do now it hampers work because mentally disturbance..

As of now i was taken loan from PAYME as on due date payment was debited but not reflected in their app. Now they are charging over interest.

This happened with me also. They have swiched off their phones and are not responding to my emails too. They charged me 650rs penalty for non repayment when they themselves said it would get debited from my account on the 11th march 2020. yesterday they did't deduct and today they showed penalty charges in app along with their account details. If they wanted me to pay myself then they could have given their bank account details since the start or at least yesterday. i wanted to upload proof of my payment i just cannot. I have paid the penalty also but nothing happens. Please file your complaints at pgportal.gov.in it's really helpful. I have also lodged a complaint with them. everybody else too must.
I am taken 5000rs loan.my due date was 2/05/22 but I paid the full amount with penalty change.then due was 0 .but next day onwards 1 rs increasing due amount.today it is showing-37 rs.i mailed to company .They are not responding.. please do something and fix the issue .

After that i ask who are you then he/she had replied me you father. Then after i answer him/her as he/she told.
After some time they replied me i am from payme india. I want to know whether they have trained their team to behave this language with customer?
After some days one of the senior person (Male) called to my wife and told her whether your husband provide you the petticoat or we will do something for you.
I know i have taken the loan and did not pay in time and all these had been explain and also assured them to pay with interest and penalty amount this is not the first time i have taken the loan. This has the 4th time and all the past three has paid on time. If their executive behave this type of language and no one taken the action against them obviously we will raise our voice on social side along with supporting."

These people are harrassing each and everyone from my contact number, on god know how they got their number. Even after repeatedly told that their loan will be paid off, they're calling/texting slangs.
This is a complete case of data theft.
I urge the concerned department to case against them, so that they don't do this to anyone else in the near future.

no responsive data collection and false information

I have been consistently getting mails from this company prompting me to download their app via a link in email for good offers on loan instruments and after i provide them the necessary documents they don't even have the courtesy to reply back they simply send automated responses sending some tickets which ask to check the message section of their app but there are no messages in their app message section causing only disappointment and time waste
I don't think so this is a professional company and i am worried about the data we give to such organizations who might misuse it in the long run? In the attachment is their sms section which has nil messages to the contrast of their repeated emails (Posting some content below)

I have filed a legal complaint against PayMe India pvt Ltd.
I took short term loan from PayMe India but due to financial difficulties I paid it little late.
Now, their executive Mr. Rahul has called my friend and his family members and abused them. Indeed he lied that I gave him their no and asked him to call them.
Also, he called my father as fraud who is no more with me.
He accept all these things over call while taking to me that he lied and abused my parents.
I need to to take strong legal action against them and make them teach a lesson for the mistake they did.
I need a personal apology call to my friends family and even to me along with compensation.

Payme india give loans to some individuals and do not know how to collect the money lent from defalulters
They illegally download all the contacts of the friends and relatives of the defaulters and start abusing and harassing.
They have no right to illegally obtain contact numbers of defaulters and they have no right to harass innocent and not responsible relatives and friends. Consumer forum should take up this case and investigate and ban this company if they do not stop such practices

urgent attention - loan repayment

I took a short term loan of Rs.8000 which was due on 03rd Nov 18 and overdue for 17 days now. Because of some critical financial situation I was unable to pay the same. However I am trying to arrange fund on top most priority basis. My past employer committed the same that they will release FNF of the payment to me in last week. However that doesn't happened. I am continuously followup with them with top most concern regarding our valuable loan relationship that why I was unable to communicate and commit with you. My employer committed that they will help me out before the month end.
I would like to request you that please bear with me till time as I am not a willful defaulter. From past few months I am facing lots of financial critical issues at my home. I am trying my best to settle dues at earliest as possible. Just because of my employment issues that's all happening. Also I would like to request you that please do not followup with my phone-book contacts as it is very unethical and unfair practice which will trouble me to repay the same as I don't want to ruin our financial relationship. I really really appreciate that you helped me in my critical financial situation which I will never forgot. I hope you understand my situation is very very genuine and will cooperate on the same.

I would like to request you that please bear with me till time as I am not a willful defaulter. From past few months I am facing lots of financial critical issues at my home. I am trying my best to settle dues at earliest as possible. Just because of my employment issues that's all happening. Also I would like to request you that please do not followup with my phone-book contacts as it is very unethical and unfair practice which will trouble me to repay the same as I don't want to ruin our financial relationship. I really really appreciate that you helped me in my critical financial situation which I will never forgot. I hope you understand my situation is very very genuine and will cooperate on the same.

I would like to inform this company is fintect they give loan for a 30days only & they do harassment to my family while once you download the app they will hack your cell with the mac id even itâs a bogus company they are cheaters and bloody full of # in the management especially sandeep sing he is most uneducated person who talks using abuse language, instead of talking to me they send an sms to all my whole phone contact list,

Since you are defaulting a loan availed from PayMe India the company is taking these measures to recover the amount let to you.
If you believe that asking back lent amount is harassment, then better do not borrow and if borrowed get into habit of paying it back on time.
PayMe India is a new age fintech company and have no tolerance for serial defaulters like you. The company have offered you enough flexibility to repay your dues however since you are a habitual defaulter, you are repeating the same act with PayMe India what you have done with other lenders.
This message should go strongly to defaulter committees that FinTEch companies have zero tolerance for willful defaults and they will take all possible action to recover the amount.

I am getting fraud sms from payme india
Hi,
Every month starting i am getting an sms from payme india, like below
Mr, xyz s/o xxxx is defaulting on a loan availed from payme india... Etc etc fir has been initiated etc.
I am not sure why i am getting this sms, i even don't know about this company... After getting few sms like this from pay me, i have contacted their office and informed admin about this... Seems admin also not able to track this.
Yesterday also i got the similar message.. How can i stop this nonsense from this company... Shall i start legal action against this company doing such nonsense,.. Payme please look into this matter immediately.. Thanks
