We bought a new machine from Paytm on 4th Jan 2022 for Rs. 12, 349.00 vide invoice number 09E00870346N8708. The machine was hanging and the transactions were not getting approved and we complained about the same umpteen number of times in the app, vide mails and at customer care. They sent a refurbished machine as replacement and we did not accept the same. We were assured that they will replace the defective machine with a new machine but...

Sir i am a merchant in paytm for business and on 28 september 2018 i recieved 3972 rupees from paytm merchandise but i only recieved 2720 rupees in my bank account on 29 september 2018 when i tried to contact paytm they said that money has already been transferred in my related bank account but i had not recieved 1222 rupees in my bank account yet.
