Excess late fee
Sir, i took a around 800 rupees from paytm postpaid and got late by one day while paying the due. they have charged around 119 as a late fee.

When it comes to lending money, no one wants to see late payments or default in repayment. To minimize the risk of the same, they try to impose heavy charges for late payments. These charges help their users to pay the bill on time.
If you are taking any type of loan, please be sure to pay the entire amount a few days before the due date because sometimes payment cannot process on the same day.
They already mentioned the entire charges in their app with 18% GST. For ₹500-₹1000 they will charge ₹100 rupees as a late fee with 18% GST. It should be ₹118 as per their terms and conditions.
The last thing you need to understand is late payment charges are not a service fee but a fine. Please read the entire terms and condtions before applying for any loan or services.

Releted to convenience fee
There was an offer of zero convenience fee on my paytm postpaid in May 2022, in which it was that if you pay with paytm postpaid 10 times, you will not get any convenience fee but when I paid with paytm postpaid 10 times then usme 1274.7 Convenience fee charged, paytm postpaid has done fraud with us, please help me, we have proof of this too

No reversal of excess payment on paytm poatpaid

Paytm. Postpaid has no option to reverse thr amount to source account i had did apyment thrice it failed twice but all 3 transaction were success after next day when i tried to raise an issue in paytm postpaid there is no way to raise it

Post paid app is not paying back when it got over paid or double paid
Please look in to post paid 24*7custoker care option there is no such option to reverse the over paid amount its a high severity bug iam struck with my money unable to reverse it kimdly look in to it

I made two transactions using Paytm postpaid service at merchant on 1st February 2022, and both the transactions are failed, but amount deducted from my account and it’s not refunded to my account till today. I am not getting any solution from the Paytm postpaid service and there is no customer care number to solve my problem or to speak with them. I am sharing the transaction details. Please help me. I am AVINASH i taken a loan in paytm postpaid on july 06 2021 and paid on december but it is still showing as pending please resolve this issue

Am using the Paytm app. Recently I have activated my Paytm postpaid account they gave a 12k credit limit. By mistake, I have placed the request for 5k for google play instead of google pay. Suddenly I noticed and realized my mistake in the meanwhile I have received the voucher code of 5k but still, I didn't use that. I have contacted several times to customer service to cancel the code and refund the amount to Paytm postpaid account. But there is no proper reply. Kindly help me.
