Sir this side harsharan kaur. I have taken loan from p c financial services private limited, which is registered nbfc, regulated by rbi. I have paid all the the installments & dues on time before. But this time i'm not able to pay my dues right now due to this caronavirus outbreak. I need time for this. But they are levy heavy charges, which is against rbi guidelines.
