The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

PCC not yet submitted for police verification

This is regarding PCC application of my husband and me file numbers: HYD-M[protected] and HYD-M[protected]. These were applied on 18th march at RPO, Secunderabad, AP. Today being 6th of april, when checked with Saifabad Police Station(near IMAX) they say file is not yet sent to police for verification by the passport office. We have to apply for student visa and the course starts in May first week. There is no time for me and I donot have a PCC...

PCC delayed a Bangalore RPO
Hi,
It is almost 4 weeks since I have submitted my PCC application in Bangalore RPO (01/02/2010). I have cleared my verification from the local police station (Madiwala) on 16th Feb 2010, but still the status is been shown as 'The police verification report is not received' in status check. My Passport was issued by RPO Kolkata and I was told that the verification will also be done from Kolkata. It is 4 weeks and...
