Ordered a folding dining table and convertible coffee table order id DIR05569. The folding table was dispatched same day and was delivered within 3 days order and i was highly impressed with it. However the coffee table took almost 25 days to deliver. They called and explained that there was issue with the hardware of this product and also offered to cancel and process 100% refund however they product is very unique and quality of folding dining table i received is very good hence decided to wait for longer. Today i have received the product finally and i am happy that i did not cancel the order. Its one of the most unique product and functional. One suggestion since the price tag of product is higher hence if there is such a delay in deliver kindly reach out to customers upfront and give the exact status upfront.

I ordered a coffee table on 16th October it said it’ll arrive in 10 days but it didn’t. The order was prepaid and then when I asked for refund they said we will send the refund in 7-8 days which again they didn’t and I haven’t heard back from them. My ₹ 19, 890 is now gone.

One of the part the corner was damage when we opened the box. we immediately raised the complaint with the pengu customer support and they assured that they will send us a new part as a replacement for the damage part. They have shipped the new part and have shared the tracking details. Once the part is received, will post my feedback on about the product.

Received the parcel but assembly instructions are missing in the parcel. I was told that i will be reviving instruction to assemble product with the parcel and also a assembly video was to be shared on my email. Please do the needful.

Received the product and assemble is completed. Product looks a good quality and very functional. Easy to move around and lets you have extra space. We are using it for kids room and now kids have some extra space for play and other activity during the day time. Only request that delivery should be faster.

I had been calling on IVR but it seems to be not working. I have received my order and need help with assembly. I have purchased product with on-phone assembly and need help on a video call so someone can guide me step by step assembly.

My order PIR66522 of shoe rack was delivered in a box which needed assembly. I had paid Rs.500/- extra for on-site assembly. They were not able to arrange assembly saying that carpenters are not available in my area which is 80km away from vadodara city. They called me and asked me to arrange carpenter and agreed to refund the assembly amount of Rs.500/- assembly is done and Pengu factory team helped on video call however i am yet to received the refund for assembly. Kindly refund asap.

My order DIR6689 received parcel but the box was damaged. As written on box that we should not open the parcel if received in damage condition he hence kindly arrange the replacement for this product.

Assembly service done after 3 days of delivery. Kindly make assembly service faster. Product is good but service should improve

Product is really good and is easy to operate. When it's open it can easily accommodate 6 people. Delivery was smooth and assembly was done perfectly. Plus point is that product has so much of storage space inside it.

Finally after 5 days of product delivery assembly job is completed. Appreciate the fast delivery but without assembly the fast delivery do not make any sense. Products are really innovative and will look for more space saving option from pengu for my new home

I had ordered 2 furnitures out of which i cancelled one and asked for a refund which they had agreed.

Order DIR6576- it’s been more than 3 weeks now they couldn’t process my refund.

Order DIR6605- it’s been a month almost. The product hasn’t been even shipped yet.

Their IVR is so pathetic that it fails to even connect with their executive. Only mode of communication is mails where they keep on procrastinating with refund/delivery. I am very disappointed how such a brand is even listed in major shopping sites. No action taken from their end till date.

Pengu folding dining table is one of the best purchase i have made. Product deliver was very fast and the quality of the product is top class.

Pros:

easy to move around.
Comfortable for 6 people for dining
water resistance surface hence perfect for dining
compact design saves lost of space

Cons:

limited color options
storage space is limited

Over all nice product. Will recommend this product

I ordered covertible coffee table on 16 Sept 2022 from thepengu.com. Earlier they committed the delivery in 18-22 days. Later due hardware shortage they extended it to 10-15 Oct. Now they said my order is in transit, but not rreceived the item yet. I have spent 19990/- for this order and not yet received it. Today, when I tried to check from their website, it is not opening :(

We had ordered a fold-able Dining table with 2 chairs on 1st August 2022 and the expected delivery date as 07-August-2022 .
We have not received the product till now.
Every time we send a mail, we get a reply that it will be dispatched on weekend.
The companies phone support is also pathetic. It says they have recorded our number and will call back but we do not get a call back.

We are waiting since 1 month to get the product for which full payment is done and there is no update.

We feel cheated and would never recommend anyone to buy from Pengu.

First i was not sure weather the product will last long but since design was so good i purchased the product. Its been almost a year we are using this product every day and i must say that quality is superior. I will be looking forward to buy more products are them

Space saving design
Can be extended for 8 guest
Chair can be stored beneath the table
Material is of good quality.

Cons:

Only two color options.
Self assembly is difficult hence should go for professional assembly.

Product got assembled finaly i suggest the assembly service should be faster, it took four day for carpenter to visit for assembly. Product is good no doubt but service should be fast

The convertible coffee table is my second purchase from pengu. It's cool product has lots of storage space and if you have this product you will not need a dining table at all.

I had purchased a dining table from Pengu on 14th July 2022 for which they took 100% advance payment. It was supposed to be delivered in a weeks time but there was no communication from their side. On 28th July after multiple attempts they responded saying they cannot deliver before mid August. So I cancelled the order on 28th July 2022 for which i was told refund will be given in 5-7 working days. I have still not received any refund.
They do not provide any phone number where we can call. And there is no response on the chatbot on website or contact email.
Seems like this is a fraud where they take advance money and stop responding.

We we looking for 6 seater dining table and came across the pengu website. Since there was no COD option I was not sure weather to place order or not hence I left them message on chat on their website and got a call back. The person who called showed me factory on whatsaap video call and showed me product. I was convinced and placed order on website. As stock was ready dispach was made same day and it reached me in 4 days. I had opted for self assembly, they helped me with instructions and video of assembly. Product is premium no doubt. I will write review again after using product for 6 months.

Carpenter who came for assembly did not do the assembly proper but a new carpenter was assigned and the mistake was corrected. Thank you

This is very big size table, it looks small when ita folded but when you open it ita a very big dining table. We are really enjoying this product. It comes with 4 stool that too has storage inside and table itself has lots of space inside this.

This is our second purchase from pengu furniture.

Pros - design is unique, saves lots of space, quality is premium, delivery and assembly service is prompt.

Cons - they so not do customization, limited range of product, limited shades available

Product is perfect for dining area. We are a family if 4 and usualy open just 2 planks but it's really useful when guest come over. Everyone liked the innovative design from pengu. Looking for more such designs in various furniture category.

The assembly was taking more time than expected as we had to go out of town we ask a carpenter in our area to assemble the product and pengu assured that they will refund assembly amount. Today I got refund of assembly amount after 15 days. Product is good but assembly service must be fast.

The bed is just perfect for my kids room. It saves lots of space al that room can be used for other purpose as well.

I am trying to post this but not posting. Received a broken table, and after a complaint to pengu customer they send a new part. This stands resolved.

Received table in broken condition ap complain to customer care they send new part and also arranged service of carpenter without any additional charge. Thank you
