Sir we are purchasing pepsico product's from last 10 years since 2009 still our distributor has not given us a single fridge of pepsico company. Nowadays when we tell him give us a fridge he always tell that i will give u next year. From past two months he also not given us pepsico product's. Some new shops has been open here all they have pepsico fridges. Our shop is located at the main market at the main point Aishmuqam near j&k bank Anantnag kashmir 192129 .
Please solve our issue that will be your most kindness

When I open this lays pack I found only 3 quantity of chips inside pack which cost 5 rupees I picked up from small shop in our area. Please don't sell this type of empty packets.

I m the owner of verka 21/5 mohindersingh sector 21 b chd [protected] your distributor rakesh singla mittal ji raman ji akhil all are not sending stock of chips to my shop since 1 year and salesman everyday coming in same sector on another shops this is really embarrassing me please assist me fir getting stock from chd distributor immediately they are actually demanding money last year for new racks but finally i got racks free of cost by sending mails to pepsico last year now after getting racks they were not sending stock to my shop and i have recording of rakesh singla mittal

I already complaint on the consumer care number of Gudgaon India. After that A quality person came to me and try to ignore the problem.He said it is a problem of discoloration. But how is it possible because I purchased two bottles of same batch number and mfg date, time was same. One bottle is in good condition
and another one is like soda water. Companyy person and company are not interested to resolve the problem and trying to cajole me continue.

This is to inform you that we have on vacation trip to ooty & return back to bangaluru by govt. Bus. All over the trip except mysore all your soft drinks are selling 5 to 10 rupees excess of the printed amount.in madduru one of shopkeeper told that your representative has told us to sell these bottles with 5 to 10 rupees higher. I have uploaded the snaps of the shops in madduru.

If it is so than why don't you print the actual amount on the bottle.

I think i will tell to all my near & dear ones that not to purchase any of your product
Because such a reputed company is gambling with us.

Please look into this grievance and take a suitable steps on it.

They said that i hav been selected for supervisor post and need to pay for uniform charges rs 1650/-.
And later on i have got another message from them. That is i have to pay 2990/-.
By thinking all this above procees is real and from company.
I have gone through this and deposited the money

There is a complaint logged on 21st april 2017 in respect of the insects found in slice 200 ml bottles. 1 bottle has been handedover to one of pepsico executive on 12th May 2017 for investigation. But we have not received the investigation report so far. It seems that pepsico is not concerned about the health of publice.

The incident took place in parwanoo, sector 1. On purchasing a 300ml of pepsi bottle, from the p. N. B canteen, the taste of the first sip taken was found to be with very bitter. On seeing the bottle carefully at bottom was a mysterious white object. After carefully emptying the bottle in a glass and then pouring the white object in an open vessel as detailed in the picture it was found that it was a dead lizard in the bottle.
Due to this, my health started deteriorating and did several vomiting before i could reach my home. I was not able to attend my office the next day, and have been advised to take rest by our doctor.
I there fore file a complaint against the owner of the p. N. B. Canteen owner and the pepsico company whom i consider to be responsible for my condition.

This is to inform you that i bought a pet bottle from hypercity malad west at rs 60.00 instead of rs 20.00
The bottle was printed as rs 60.00 but actually it should have been printed for rs 20

It is a pity that such great mistake has taken place in a reputed company like pepsico.
I hope that my grievance is addrsssed and i m compensated for my loss.
I had complaind to ur helpline but i did not get a redressal.
I hope a response to my complaint.

Hi I'm a trustworthy customer of you.Being a loyal customer it's my responsibility to let you know that your pepsipaytm is being no use to your customers .I guess that the distributors are using these codes in this way u will be loosing your reputation all you have so plz take an action regarding this matter for now my responsibility is partially completed I would be happy if any action will be taken .if you want I can even send some pics from email [protected]@gmail.com

I want to place a complaint regarding leakage of bottles.. I am very disappointed by your services, the person wo used to come prempal, nehul (Psr), nd vipul (Supervisor). I compaint number of times to them but they dont want to listen, and always says we cant do anything..Infct, they said u can do complaint.. You can see its peak time of summer and this is creating major problems for me, its about 2 and half years as i m complaning to them, but they people dont even care..
O its my humble request to you, plz solve my issues as soon as possible..

I purchased 4 packets of Lay's Magic Masala. When I came home and got down to eating them, I noticed that one pack seemed empty. I shook the pack and saw there were no chips inside. I took a video of the unopened pack flying in the air due to it being empty. I uploaded the video on the Lay's page but I received no reply from the company. So now I am lodging an official complaint. I still have the unopened pack.

I bought a Pepsi 200 Ml on 23rd of September from a local Pan shop and it was not having gas inside it was tastind like a juice so I shacked the bottle in front of the vendor and then I noticed the big worm or a big piece of dirt and its tiny particles inside the bottle, Immediately called the local online news group that is Udaipur times.com reporter they took some pics but denied to publish it on there website as it was after 6 PM so could`nt reach consumer court as it was closed so I registered the online complaint. I have that bottle with me kindly suggest me the best I can do coz instead of me any child might have bought this contaminated bottle and probably without checking it he would have drank that and he would have hospitalized or died after this so its not a small stuff I have decided to take some strict action against the company so that they cant cheat the people who are trusting them and using their products. Thank you god I didnt drink that and I am perfectly fine after having a sip, I would not buy any soft drink after this horrifying incident. help me ASAP.

I bought 12 glass bottles ofof slice mango drink bearing manufacturing date of 18 Jul 12 and found black lumps floating inside one of the bottles. I complaint in this regard to pepsico through email and received a call from their end for forwarding the details of the bottle which I forwarded to them on the same day with the pics of the bottle. As they assured me that one of their representatives will be visiting my place for verification of the facts , I waited for the same but no one responded. I again sent them a mail to get the matter clear but for no good. I would like to request you to kindly help me in this regard and get compensated for the same.

This morning I had a shock of my life when I saw a gooey thing ( seemed to a wet wipe soaked in some red substance) pour out from inside tropicana guava juice (so called world's no.1 juice brand ) into my glass.

It is alarming to see such rubbish inside your tetra pack.The batch number of the product is 2056AA 02:28:32, manufacturing date 25th feb 2012.

the toll free no does not work too. I have sent them mail too but with no response.

I purchased SLICE from Big Bazaar (esplanade, kolkata) on 27th July 2011.It was bought at a discounted price of Rs85 on two bottles of 1.2l each.However on tasting the bottles i was surprised to find that the taste was bitter,the content thin and darker in color than what we usually purchase from the market.I wonder how such a reputed company can compromise on the quality of its product or shall we think that it is the company's dual policy to manufacture the same product in two different qualities-one for BIG BAZAAR to be sold at a discounted rate and the other for the open market??????????

We informed them to send it in writing. but till date no reply from the company.

All should aware of such soft drinks which are unhelathy.

My name is Raji Joseph,
I purchased a bottle of Aquafina 1ltr from Adyar Ananda Bhavan,Magadi Road,Bangalore on 24.08.10.
The MRP printed was Rs 15 but charged me Rs 17( + 13%)

When I had asked the reasons,the answers which I got from the Manager Mr.Krishnamorty(as told by the person) were
1.The company has charged more on us ,so we are charging you.
2. You can get the same at footpath shop with Rs 15 ,here the rate is Rs 17.00

My Doubts are
1.Does Pepsi has a dual billing nature depending on the profile,though MRP is same??????
(Adayar Anand Bhavan @ magadi road is not a 3 star or 5 star property to charge the extra)
2.How much will be the finacial gains on printing a low MRP and charging high???
3.Doesn't the Indian Act on MRP hold good on Pepsi products ????

Hope I will have an answer as millions on other Indians have.
