activation of user id & password

Sir,
I applied for the sbi online banking.My account is of sbi naveen market, kanpur up.They provided me a user id and password.But now One and half months have been passed .and still i am not able to logon to the sight.Whenever i complain to branch manager of sbi.They say that i have linked it to your account but there is any problem on web...What should i do?????...
