I ordered medicine on May 25 and cancelled my order immediately. Still I didn't received a refund. They didn't respond to my emails and calls

Dear Team,
We had Placed order in Phable on 10th with the medicine which is required and same was showing availble in the stoke post placing order and paying the amount received SMS on 11th saying Your Order is Cancelled without any Reason. in the SMS received from Phable team,
says amount will be refunded within 7-10 business day.
From 11th till 21st we are continuously following up with the Phable customer care service Team we have no go the refund till date and they are no evening confirming a date when payment will be given to us.
They are playing with the customer money.

Very bad service

Around 10 times inform need urgent cardiac medicine, nobody taking medicine order. Register name mob number and mail id, but time s applied nobody call back. one time one call back but he just write the medicine name then say call back. But no call back and order not place and amount also didn't say

Refund for 1 product
I mamgesh anant haldankar .I had order amla juice and honey on 19th march 2022 and made my payment through google pay but i received only honey they dont delivered amla juice.its 2month already left, i email them too many times they are not refunding my money .i m attaching screenshot of my payment and order id .plz provide my refund as soon as possible.

Hello sir i had ordered a product from fabel company on March 11th at 08:55 am true element of health and wellness chocolate muesli whose price was 102.40 deducted from my paytm account [protected]@UPI but the product was not ordered the order id to which the UPI reference The number is[protected]. But today the date is 26th March, despite this my refund has not been done yet.

I have ordered medicine on 22 January
And paid the amount from freecharge of Rs 605 but after 10 days also they did not delivered the order after calling daily customer service they say wait for 24hours now i raised complaint with them regarding my order still no refund is given its been 14 days now no response from phable care

Greetings of the Season
This is the recent experience which I too have faced here in an elite city Bangalore. The company Phable views at no costs sees to the customer ( patients) requirement. They for sure just give sweet talks that beats round the bush giving company norms.
I would sincerely request patients NEVER EVER THINK of going with PHABLE. All the promises and services come to a stand still when actual work when necessity arises from patients side when change ( Request) of medicines are made seeing to the patients comfort where in redundant excuses from PHABLE are shared very comfortably.
