I ordered phone in this phoneskart.in by seeing the phone high configuration and combo offer after coming to know its a fake website i tried to contact them but after makeing the payment i con't able to login in this site they have created like that and they are not responding to e-mail and customer care number next day i received a call from them i told them to cancel the order they said ok but they didn't cancel the order and sent the item, i opened it without surprise its a waste phone not worth for rs 500 and kept one used charger in the box. I paid rs 4446 for the phone in the payment invoice they said free ipods but only the fake phone they sent. If i return the shipment i may lost this 500 worth phone also for sure becoz they don't return the amount, they are operating the website to trap the money from public. How can we stop this type of fraudulent websites.. How will i get my money back? Please help me to get my hard earned money.

I prepaid for one mobile, to phoneskirt, on 13th september 2019. My order id send by co. Id is...[protected]. I got only this message from company till now. No email confirmation till now. I saw several complaint about this company. Why it is going on. Please take action on this company. I need my money back 3999.00. And in future they should not do like this to other people.

I ordered speria p20. I prepaid price rs3999 via payu.4gb ram, 64 gb phone storege, 20mp+2mp rear camera, 8mp selfie camera, 4000 mah battery,. But, today i received a not sealing wrost smart phone spiria s1. It have2gb ram, 16gb phone storege poor camera quality, 3000mah battery, charger not working. No user guide inside. So refund my money to my account.

and i saw that there is no contact number of support, and this is fraud company so i request immediate cancel the order and need refund but sent many E mails to cancel the order and refund me.

I ordered speria s9 pro notch smartphone in phoeskart.in, with 64 gb rom. 2 gb ram. But what i received was spiria s1 smartphone with 16gb rom / 2 gb ram. The charger also not suitable.. I am unable to contact the supplier phoneskart as well as ezzedeals and the mails getting returned stating that mail box full. I do not know how to get refund of my money. I have ordered a mobile (Operation system : android 8.1, cpu : mt6763 octa core 2.0ghz, screen : 5.72″18:9 hd+- incell display, 3.0d glass, ram/rom : 4gb+64gb, support 256gb sd card, camera front : 8.0mp, camera rear : 16.0mp+5.0mp dual led flash, battery : 4000mah battery, color : black / blue / golden) smartphone from phoneskart.in, but i have received dummy phone through bluedart company. (Made in china 2g 500mb ram 8gb rom but the product is not working and got an local adepter and data cable so i want to refund my cash i tried to contact their customer support but phone number is not available and i mail i’d provide in the site is unavailable.

Ordered speria notch mobile phone as an offer giving by phoneskart.in yesterday 2/9/2019 and paid rs 3999 through pay u money via phone pay to phonekart.in. I tried several times to connect via telephone and mail regarding my order but everything showing fake addresses. Please take action against them to find fact and told him to return my money.

Sorry to say, i am a senior citizen and a lady. These fraud people are not responding after the money is deducted from my account..5k is a huge amount for us. People should better beg to modi for their food than to cheat poor people through opening fraud sites. Now i saw so many complains. How come google allowing scamsters to open sites and give fake email ids. They will be cursed by the elderly people like us. And soon will see the result.
