I am writing to formally complain about a recent order I placed at your restaurant via Swiggy on September 17th, 2023. I had ordered a Zafrani Mutton Biryani with Chicken 65 from your Suchitra Circle, Hyderabad location. However, I received an incorrect order, consisting of Chicken Biryani and Chicken 65 instead.

Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have faced significant challenges. Swiggy's customer support failed...

There is this ego person called Anwar who took the order, he behaved badly with ladies and served everything from fridge which tasted cold. Upon asking his behaviour was bad including the other members here too. He didn’t revealed his name for much time. Everyone is trying to cover him can feel that person was drunk. As a customer I dunno how to proceed further. We didn’t had the food but paid completely. Hoping this might be taken seriously...

Me and my office team has visited Pista house, Gachibowli for Team lunch. We found the worsts services their. The food preparation was taking huge time. We spent almost 3 and half hours for lunch.

When I complaint to floor Supervisor. He was also not able to solve the Issue.

Doesn't suit this services to a such a big and famous food chain of Hyderabad.

I do not know whether my complaint means or not to the employee owner, only one thing what I can commit that I wont Visit again your restaurant for any Team lunch or any other purpose.

You guys will ruin the occasion.

Employee response towards customer is rude behaviour. Employee name Sai & Ranjeeth in mandi section vanasthalipuram branch . there is no value and respect for the customers they are simply saying to leavevthe hotel

My brother and I when to pista house in vanasthalipuram panama.as we brought a 2plate of hallem to house. When I ate some part of it I got to see a insect like a caterpillar in it. please take a severe action on it

The kenely water bottles used in pista house nizampet seems to be fake. When we asked they said kenley company is manufacturing differently for commercial purposes and outside selling purpose. The one given in restaurant is like a tap water with no minerals. Please test those.

around 7 30 pm went to have tea in pista house - irani chai place in Sarath city mall, took 2 tea and paid 53 rs, got the the tea and saw a cockroach in the tea cup which is dead, when showed to the management of the stall which is so called pista house, they are claiming its a fly not cockroach lots of people in the food court has witnessed the incident and a lady with me has vomited immediately, all the staff there are acting like dumb and deaf and not even responding please see the pics of the staff who acted like a oscar winning act

shame for such a big food outlet, having helpless managers who do not want to talk on the incident and not even ready to say sorry and the person on the cash counter is staring at us as he wants to hit us because we are showing the truth to them.

Bad thing is not even a single person is ready to talk or respond on the situation and do not want to give there manager Ph no nor the mail id to send the proofs

Guys do not drink tea at pista house @ sarath mall no hygiene certificate, Mall management is also not even bothered as they get good amount of the returns on the stall

We went and took pav bread at pista house chikkadpally outlet on[protected]. The same day night by 9'o clock my mom ate pav bread and slept.in the midnight at around 1'o clock heavy stomach pain has started, she passed too many vomitings and motions.in the midnight we went to care hospital at 2:30am for emergency services where they have given some pain killer injection and made her to rest for few minutes.

After couple of hours, we started to home again pains started and we took her to general physician at 10am where she has taken complete blood picture and has came to a conclusion that it was food infection. Doctor has suggested some medicines.in the evening, we went to pista house store and raised a complaint that due to ur pav bread my mom had suffered severe stomach pain and we had to roam to couple of hospital and she is still facing stomach pain.

Went to pista house nd complained the same in front of all customers, the manager of the outlet admitted their mistake and agreed to compensate n took my number.

Next day morning, wen asked about compensation on call. The management of pista house dint even felt bad about the pain their customer was facing instead they spoke that food infection would have caused because of some other food that patient might consumed in the morning.

We spoke to them very politely that ur management has to reimburse the medical expenses but they were not interested to look into the cause and clear the matter. They were very reckless in addressing our issue. They said that we will not reimburse ur expenses.
