I am living in tulajabhavani nagar, kharadi, pune where the frequent power cut is being experienced. Sometimes the power cut is for hours or a long day. Everytime we complaint we got answer like there is a fault in wires. Yes there may be but it wouldnt take more then hour. I would like to know the reason behind this frequent power cut.

My acount debit 592 rupees in acount. Why? And no contact in paytm. We call computer speaking coustemer care. No response. We credit my 592 rupees date 27 april 2017. And one more amount 405 rupees on 22april 2017 order no [protected] no recharge please refund the amount shortly paytm is verrrrry poor service. We can say all coustmer in india poor service no contact no with paytm. Thanku
