We have decided to join both our kids in the Public speaking course being offered by planet spark. After an initial trial class, we have negotiated a fee of 1, 50, 000 for both of our kids at a monthly cost of 7143 and a registration charge of[protected]/- in total)and had paid the initial monthly fee.

We received a rude shock when we got a loan agreement for 1.5 lakh and were asked to sign with all my bank details and identity/address proof. We have informed Shivani Bansal, the program counselor, that we do not want to enter into a loan agreement with Eduvanj. We had decided not to go with the program and requested a refund of the monthly fee as we had not joined the program. However, planet spark is forcing us to sign the loan agreement, and I now see many complaints against this organization.

I am also surprised they got venture funding from Indian Angles for an organization following so many unethical business practices.

I have registered my kid for a 1 year Public speaking course of total Rs.33, 000 from Planetspark. The counselor told me that the total course package is Rs.33, 000 for 1 year and can be cancelled anytime in between and it would be on monthly emi payments. She also gave me an option to avail loan from Eduvanz for the total duration of 12 months. Which translates to Rs.2750 per month *12 months for the entire 1 year duration.

However, I have asked to cancel classes from Planetspark (within 2nd month )on 24th July 2021, as my son having tight schedules. Overall we have availed only 2 months and 9 days of course (May 15th to Jul 24th) and paid 3 months emi's. and additional Rs. 750 during enrollment which was assured as cashback post the completion of course.

I had emailed the cancellation request to the counselor, after discussion She replied back that she will discuss with the finance team and update us back the next day. 2 days later she confirmed that our cancellation is processed and no more Eduvanz will deduct the loan amount. We requested the same confirmation via email. Which was again a wrong and misleading information shared. (attaching email).

Now the same day we received an SMS alert from Eduvanz on the next month's deduction amount. The Eduvanz representative replied that they didn't get any such info or request on the cancellation of the loan. And nothing can be done from my side as it needs to be closed properly from PlanetSpark only!

Upon my continues follow-up to cancel the enrollment, planetspark replied back to me with incorrect details of per classes charges which were never discussed nor agreed/documented with planet spark during registration and are claiming that 20 classes have been completed within 2 months whereas the total of 55 classes is for 1 year duration. To my surprise, they said each class is charged as Rs.600 and we have availed 20 classes. I asked them to furnish when and where did they confirm to me about per class Rs.600 charges. They never reply back in spite of repeated mails and follow-ups. These guys are cheating parents with wrong and misleading promises and they show true colors, when someone is really not happy with their service and request for a cancellation.

They are now demanding additional Rs.3750, to cancel the course and stop the ecs. Kindly, help parents like us by stopping such fraudsters and by penalizing them.

I have enrolled my son for public speaking course for 1 year of Rs.33, 000. During the enrollment the counselor mentioned that the total duration of the course is 1 year which translates to monthly EMI of Rs.2750. I paid total 3 EMI for 2 months 10 days of course availed with them.

However, I had requested for the cancellation of the enrollment due to tight schedules of my kid, post my request to my surprise i was told that 50% of the 1 year course was already covered within 2 months, and I was asked to pay charges Rs.600 per class to cancel the enrollment. I have written multiple mails for cancellation of the same. however, there is no response from them, and every month the EMI is presented to my bank in spite of cancellation. The information given during enrollment is misleading with incorrect course and the per class details.

I've enrolled in 30days classes course of 18k but unfortunately I've only attended one class . I've mailed them 2-3 time regarding the refund but no response from their side . It is do pathetic and ironic because they promise you 24hrs of refund but nothing of this sort is really happening
