I played double ball roulette and won double ball roulette number 22 but still not settled the winning amount...

My deposit is not credit to wallet...

On 5th of December,
I had done a deposit of Rs 12, 000
Later that day I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER CARE people they themselves told me to wait for 5-7 working days!!!
The next day I called my bank people they clearly told from bank the amount as been sent to them and they also told me its a merchant account. It might take 5-7 days please wait they said.
Okay after all the wait and today its 21st December. From on 19th...
