I have ordered a gold nath online on 8th June, 2021 from online png website.
There is no update on my order since then. Payment done at the time of order but the order is not shipped yet. I have received order confirmation email and payment is also done.
I have sent messages and email to the email address and message link on website but did not receive any response.
Also tried calling on the customer care no but nobody...

On 27th Nov 2016 have purchase 1 Gram Gold from PNG Jewellers Kalyan shop its cost me around 2900 plus 2% Vat. When have said will make payment through card they asked me 2% extra for card payment. Its cost me around 60 RS extra. When have checked it through net its seems an illegal money merchants asking from consumer.

I am want to highlight this this to concern that merchant asking consumer to pay extra...
