Hi sir for the movie john wick, the management allowed the kids less than 18 years into the movie hall on 1st April, when I spoke to the manager, the manager quarrelled with me what should I do if the parents wants to take their child, and she is not even 13 years old...

Please note bimbisara movie is supposedly to start at 8.15 pm in screen 6 where gates were not opened not enter into hall even at 8.30 pm.i demand an explanation in this regard as this is causing very delayed time wasting our precious time.

These guys provide gutter and call it a parking space. It's literal gutter. Imagine the worst possible landscape during rain, that's what these guys call it as parking.

This incident took place during the movie watch Samrat Prithvi Raj 4th June 2022.
The security persons asked our car to park in front of main complex, as there was no sufficient place to park inside and that too they enquired in front o[censored]s. And further they ensured that they will take care of it. After the movie it was found that our car got damed. When we enquired the security, along with their manager they initially started blaming traffic police and then even started blaming us ..!
What can we expect from such kind of insensitive people and liars .. ! Pathetic .!!

Last saturday (16/09/2017) i went to a movie in prasads imax large screen (Hyderabad). Ticket cost is 250 rupees. For 2 tickers i paid 561.48 rupees including taxes. After entering in to the theater i shocked that they presented movie in small screen only. They minimized the large screen to normal theater screen. Then why they are collecting 250 rupees per ticket, the same we can watch on 150 rupees / 80 rupees ticket movie theater. This the very very cheating from public. And movie is started before the actual time presented in ticket. I went to movie on time but i missed some part. Really worst. Please take an action to present the movie on large screen or reduce the price of the ticket. I was very very disappointed and it's a big cheating.

PRASAD's IMAX, has never provided the movie goers any bills for purchase of food and beverages on its premises (screens section). Movie goers who purchase food and light refreshments during movie intervals are not given any bill even upon demanding it. When questioned, the officials of Prasad's claim that it is the prasad's policy to not provide bills for the goods they sell the movie goers. Apart from this aberration in following the law of government of India, that gives the right to every consumer to a "demand a bill for every good sold by the retailor", PRASAD's IMAX charges exhorbitant amounts of money for refreshments. Understandably, the prices would be high on purchases in Multiplex but to what avail. I neither get any bill for the money i spend. Other multiplexes in town such as PVR, ADLABS, provide the movie goers with bills on purchase of refreshments at movie intervals but not PRASAD's.
PRASAD's "POLICY" of not providing bills for products sold by them impinges on the rights of consumers to demand a bill and is also a serious offence as an Institution that big evades huge amounts of tax that is the right of the people of the country.
such policies of PRASAD's should be strictly dealt with.
