Please take action on this fraud company and get our amount refund back.

All these products seemed cheap and I ordered, made the payment through GPay. I havent received any item so far, now Im unable to even see the website. Understand it is a fradulent site. How can I get my money refunded? It showed the company is based out of Gujarat. I wonder how youtube can support such fradudent...

I ordered online on 2 November 2021 from the site preetiworld. in on the occasions of dhanteras for my baby's birthday dress (my baby birth date is 30 November) so i ordered advance but today is 15 November and i didn't got any single item.. I placed order for products on preetiworld.in for Rs.1, 600/- after seeing advt on youtube. Transaction was done on 02-Nov-2021 and paid thru SBI account. After my repeated reminders to them over email, they did not respond or deliver the products till date....

I ordered a product in preetiworld on 8th November 2021, advertising in u-tube link.. They deducted my money through netbanking...
Till now they didn't post any mails regarding the product delivery through mail.....

On 10/11/2021, I purchase a product from preetiworld.in and even I paid them through google pay. I paid them 316.24 rupees for that product. But today I show in you tube that it was a fraud site. So Sir its a humble request to you please help me out. For that I will be very thankful to you....
