Bad quality of food and high rent

In my pg, fees is high and quality of food is very bad. No one is taking care about students who are living in pg's please resolve this issue

Not providing the facilities they promised

Respected sir/madam,
Thhese are the problems we are facing in Sree Ravi Men's Hostel, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad.
Food is not at all good. They add more chilli powder or salt when they prepare any fry. When joining, they said food is unlimited but it is not now. If we ask for extra, they yell at us to leave the hostel. Only one Wasing machine for 80 people, and they changed the rule like 'use washing only on Saturday and Sunday'. If it rained on Sunday and we didn't wash our clothes due to Rain, management will not allow us to use the washing machine on Monday. While joining, management told us that 'food will not be provided on Sankranti festival 4 days'. We agreed to it. But now they are not allowing us to use washing machine, geyser. Every week atleast one of the tenants is having an argument with the management. Really everyone here is suffering. Management (sir/owner) is yelling at us like 'leave the hostel', 'leave the hostel' for everything. He use to scold us in a vulgar language (abusing) if we ask for our right. Many tenants are vacating slowly after they got room in some other hostel. But it is not possible for all o[censored]s to leave.
So I request you please take action on these people and protect our rights. Monthly we are paying Rs.5, 500 for 4-sharing room with attached bathroom, which is nearly half of some tenants salary. Please help us.

myself joined on this hostel due to fake promises on[protected].But in the PG food quality of worst and they are cooking steamed rice and rice is some what smelly and big in size and no curd or sambar is provided.
i WANT MY REFUND.
